Disappointed
The good: great location and nice layout.
The bad: The house was dirty when we arrived - the floors had not been swept or mopped there was trash under the couches, the glass tables had cup marks and smudged finger prints all over them and the kitchen table had coffee grounds on it. The coffee station consisted of a coffee maker and 4 bags of tea. There was trash in the kitchen drawers. The games do not work the air hockey was disassembled, table tennis table is broke and the basketball machine won’t turn on, the game room was a huge reason we rented this house.
The worst: There were no bath towels in the house except one in the master bath and a used one in the pink room hanging in the closet. When I messaged about this issue I was given a hard time about looking for towels. Big mistake the cabinets had none and the liquor cabinet was so nasty I wished I hadn’t opened it. After several back and forth messages I ended buying my own towels and was promised a reimbursement of my cleaning fee since me and my family had to clean this house. I have yet to receive my refund and we are now end of February (2 months later). I have reported this including our messages to Vrbo.
