Step into this spotless mid-century modern pool home minutes from Anna Maria's famous white sand beaches and let your tropical vacation begin! This family and pet-friendly property offers plenty of room to relax both inside and out. Tucked away on a quiet residential street, it's the perfect place to enjoy everything Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer like pristine beaches, golf, fishing, boating (bring your boat - it's only 5 mins to boat access to the Gulf of Mexico), tennis, pickleball, IMG, nature preserves, biking trails, dolphin and manatee watching. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your beach vacation.

Relax in the bright & colorful living room or kick back in the family room with a bowl of popcorn to watch your favorite movies and TV shows, play card games, or just enjoy each others' company. Outside, enjoy the bright Florida sunshine at your private swimming pool or in the comfortable screened-in patio that overlooks the pool. It's a great place to enjoy a cocktail or read. (Pool heating is available for an additional charge.)

Working remotely? No problem. The property has high speed Wifi and we can provide a desk and chair if needed.

The kitchen is well stocked with quality pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and plenty of serving dishes. If you don't feel like cooking, there's a gas BBQ for grilling as well as several restaurants nearby. And we provide you with a list of our favorites in town and on Anna Maria Island.

There are three spacious bedrooms: one with a king bed and attached bathroom; one with a queen bed; and one with two twin beds. All bedrooms come with luxury mattresses, quality linens, spacious closets, and room darkening window shades for a comfortable night's sleep. There are two bathrooms both with their original colorful 1959 vintage tile. The master bathroom has a shower: the shared bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Around the pool you'll find chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun. We also provide pool floats and beach towels.
*Please note: out of respect for our neighbors, we ask all guests to enjoy themselves inside after 11 pm. So please no loud music, conversation or splashing in the pool after 11 pm*

The back yard is the perfect spot to toss a ball or play games like corn hole. If you're bringing a pet, relax knowing the back yard is completely fenced.

There is also a washer and dryer available for guests to use.

If you're a boater, you can rent one locally or bring your own. There's boat access to the Gulf of Mexico only five minutes away and there's plenty of parking in the driveway for your boat, trailer, or RV.

We provide guests with a detailed list of our favorite activities and restaurants in the area. And for guests bringing pets, we provide a list of dog-friendly places, too.

We've tried to think of everything to make this property the ideal vacation spot. If there's anything you need to make your stay more comfortable, just ask!
