The first bedroom is a full-size bed sitting area and desk. The second room is two double beds and a trundle, third bedroom is a bunkbed twin on top futon on bottom (which can be a couch or a full bed). There is lots of room to enjoy with the family with the lake and One Direction and a country club in the other
