This 1BR/1BA condo on the eighth floor provides spectacular views of the white sandy beaches from your private balcony, while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Beautifully remodeled with new stainless appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with flatscreen tv; one full bathroom with linens provided; two bunks in the hallway; living room equipped with large flatscreen and sofa sleeper with beautiful views of the beach through the sliding glass doors; kitchen fully equipped with all new stainless appliances including oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, perfect for a night of cooking after a day spent on the beach; Washer and dryer in the unit and Free WIFI throughout

Relaxing and Convenient to Beach

The condo was perfect for my husband and I for a long weekend getaway for his birthday. It’s close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We loved getting up and having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Steps away from laying out on the beach was nice for lazy afternoons.

A great Place to Stay

This condo is perfect in every way. It was easy to find, clean and comfortable with all the necessary items and provided an excellent view of the beach and the ocean. The owners, the Newman's, are very nice people. I will definitely stay here again!!

Minnesota Nice

The place was perfect for my wife and myself. Great views from the balcony of the ocean and sunsets. The unit was well stocked and very clean. Any issues were handled immediately by the owner. The elevator was extremely fast going up and down to the 8th floor. The beach sand is white and clean. We did not find many shells if you are into shelling.We did not use the pool or hot tub instead choosing the beach when it was warm enough to be out. No complaints whatsoever.. thank you for a great week.

IN snowbirds

This property was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. It is located right on the beach and beautiful view from the balcony. You can hear the waves. Had a full size washer and dryer and located close to Walmart.

Amazing condo and property! Well furnished all utensils and plates/pots and pans just like home. Beautiful view of the Gulf and you can see the dolphins without binoculars! Comfy bed too! Highly recommend and we’ll be back! Thanks Newmans!

Perfect for couples

Look…this place is small but it’s honestly perfect for a couple (or a couple and a small child). The location is perfect. The view is perfect. Because it is small, you really don’t have a lot to maintain while you’re there. I have zero complaints.

Awesome view

Our favorite condo

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed in this condo. The condo is adorable. The bed is extremely comfortable. The building is quiet and well kept. The pool is the perfect size for our toddler. The proximity to the beach is extremely convenient. We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo overall

The condo was as advertised. My wife, two teenage boys and I enjoyed our stay. All the dishes, pots, pans, etc. that we needed were available. It was also nice having a Keurig and a regular coffee pot to choose from. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The 8th floor provided a great view of the water and we spent a lot of time on the nice furniture on the balcony. Would highly recommend!

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate our anniversary and have a relaxing start to our summer. It was absolutely perfect! We spent all of our time on the beach or on the balcony enjoying the incredible views. The condo was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. It was also a very easy drive to access the local Wal-Mart and the Pensacola airport. We would absolutely stay here again!

Charming little condo

This was a charming little one bedroom condo that was a perfect size for our family of three. Everything was well stocked and served our needs. Our daughter loved the bunk bed and my husband loved the recliner. Water pressure in the shower was pretty amazing. We would stay here again.

Comfortable and clean beach getaway

The smaller size of the condo building, proximity to dining and shopping, and the easy access to the beach make this a great beach getaway. Great beach for walking and sunbathing. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella from the rental service in front of the condo since the two chairs available at the unit were more camping style chairs. We definitely enjoyed our vacation and would return again.

Great location

The condo worked out perfect for us. The beach was not crowded at all in this location. Balcony provides a great view to drink morning coffee or watch the sunset. Bunk beds were a little snug for the teenagers in my group, but they made them work. Couch folded out into a bed, which provided us even more room for sleeping. Owner was quick to respond with the request for toilet paper and even brought up extra coffee, laundry pods, and dishwashing pods.

End of the year-relaxation

Pros:The host was awesome, the location was good, the bed was super comfy. The place looks just like the pictures, the ocean view was everything. Cons: Some of the wash clothes were really dingy, definitely time to be replaced. I couldn't find an iron, I don't know if the place had one. Every time I turned the oven on, the fire alarm went off. Watching TV was a pain, at times. The satellite was blinking off and on, very often. I would stay again. Minus the cons, it felt like home. A very good experience

Getaway

Really cute condo. So nice that it was a low density building. Very close to the ocean. The view was wonderful. ❤️ Really enjoyed my stay. The only negative was the floor needed a good scrubbing.
