This beautifully renovated home provides a nice view of river and falls located next to city park, walking trail, downtown Cascade with restaurants, bars, bakery and shops. Relax on front porch or on back deck while grilling. Provides spacious living area including living room, fully furnished kitchen with island and dining area. Bedrooms are located on second floor, one of which has it’s own private bath. Nice hardwood floors and trim.
Cascade, Iowa is a small Midwestern town with amenities for everyone including; historic buildings, fine shops and great eateries. Special social events are held throughout the year.
Cascade is only 20 miles from the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa, 25 miles from the City of Dubuque, Iowa, 25 miles from Sundown Mountain Ski Resort, 40 miles from Historic Galena, Illinois and 59 miles from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Cozy Clean Cascade Home

This house was exactly as described. My family felt right at home. The host was very responsive. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful (tip: crack the window at night to hear the soothing sounds of the falls, right outside your door!). Would highly recommend, and we would book this place again.

Impeccably clean and very cozy!

The space was perfect for our visit to Cascade. The home had everything one would need during a stay. The location was perfect, it was simple to access and the owners communicate well. It was peaceful listening to the water and the view park was beautiful, decorated for Christmas. The home was charming and beautiful, we will stay again!

Enjoyed our stay on Cascade, IA

House was very clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay in the town of Cascade. The house is a short 20 minute drive to Dyersville, where we played in a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. We enjoyed the house and the small town where it is located.

A Place We Call Home

Charming Cascade Home

We cannot say enough good things about this lovely home. It was located on the main road, next to the river with gorgeous views. The home was stocked with cleaning supplies, linens and even coffee!!! The hosts made check in a breeze and were very responsive to messages. I can’t wait to be in Cascade again! This home made our stay even better. 😊

Amazing home

Our first observation when we arrived was how clean the entire property was, both inside and out. We were extremely impressed by the many modern updates to this home, while still preserving the beauty of the wood trim and hardwood floors. The furnishings and decor were also very impressive. We were surprised by the amount of extras that were provided. Kitchen utensils were clean, like new, and more abundant than one would ever imagine. Our kids loved using the Pizzazz pizza maker. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of clean, fresh, towels. Also included in the bathrooms were baskets of extra hygiene supplies. The location was perfect. Next to downtown and right along the river. This home far exceeded our expectations. Great job! Thank you!

Fantastic in every way!

The house was clean and well stocked of everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Communication with owners was exceptional! The location in a cute town, next to the river. I opened the window in master and was lulled to sleep by the flowing river! A great stay, if you're in the area !

Charming house

This is a charming, beautifully restored and updated older home on Cascade's main street, right next to the soothing river. It is very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of downtown. My sister and I are in our 70's so we found the stairs a bit challenging.
