The room has 2 queen beds, a spacious bathroom, air conditioning, and a private balcony. This unit faces the Beach; you'll enjoy gorgeous sunrise views from your balcony and the relaxing sounds of the ocean.

This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style resort is situated oceanfront on 25 lush acres of Kauai's Eastern Shore. Conveniently located, less than 10 -minutes by car to the Lihue airport, 5-minutes to the Wailua Golf Course, and less than 10-minutes to nearby Lydgate Beach Park (perfect for snorkeling), Kamalani Playground, and the Wailua River Fern Grotto.

Kauai Trip Stay at Outrigger

Great stay and loved the room with ocean front views. If you like sun rises with a coffee you will love to stay here. The resort is awesome and staff is very friendly. Only downside was the slow service at the restaurant. Loved the Long Beach walks too as the building the room is in, is ocean front.

Our group of 4 stayed for 7 nights. The property is beautiful and in a great location. I would likely stay again. Things I had hoped to have known prior to my stay are that this unit is individually owned and therefore the property does not assist with housekeeping tasks. Additionally, if you’d like extra or fresh towels during your stay, you’ll need to pay $25. Likewise, please be prepared to pay a daily, $30-$40 for parking. If you plan on staying several days, you’ll need to maintain the unit’s cleanliness, including taking out your trash, and having enough trash bags for the remainder of your stay. Lastly, bring your Roku if you’d like to watch TV.

Loved our stay here!

This property was outstanding! It has beautiful accommodations with an incredible oceanfront view. Plus the resort has an exceptional pool area. Location on the island is ideal for spot to go in all directions to explore gorgeous Kauai. Highly recommend this property!

The property is as described in the listing. The location is facing the beach, and it provides a beautiful sunrise. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. The resort is fairly large with a nice pool and good restaurants if you don't want to leave the property.

The property and the view was Amazing. Great Location on Island and it is on Kaui, the garden of Eden. I have nothing but praises for this property and my experience staying there. Would Definitely recommend and hope to visit again

Great stay!

Property manager and assistant were great at communicating before and during stay. Room was incredibly clean and well stocked. The view was outstanding and the beachfront location was incredible. Close to the airport, but little to no noise. One of the nicest rooms we have rented. I would highly recommend this VRBO listing and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location

This Vrbo is a must. Such a lovely location at the Kauai Beach Resort and the actual condo is located at the end where there are ocean views. We couldn’t have been more pleased with that. A great fridge and coffee pods to make the stay a bit more comfortable. Plenty of beach towels were supplied. Highly recommend.

1st time on Kauai

First time to the island, with the intent to dive one day and explore as much as time allowed (48 hrs).Had an amazing dive with Seasport Divers. We also managed to put 790 miles on our rental as we explored the island. Excellent dinner at Gaylord's Plantation House. Not much time in the unit. The beds were very comfortable. we enjoyed the oceanfront and superb views. It was clean and convenient for our needs

Fantastic View!

The condo was just as described. The room was clean and décor was nice. The view from the room and balcony was fantastic. It was very convenient to have a few dining options onsite. The pools were nice and they have a slide for the kids. I do have to say, the host Sabrina was more than accommodating and communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

Oceanfront condo at Kauai Beach Resort

Sabrina was great to work with! The condo was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to walk out to my lanai every morning and watch the sunrise and see nothing but ocean and hear nothing but the water, and it did exactly that!! Beds were comfortable, AC was COLD, and everything was clean. Linens were fully stocked including beach towels. There was not enough to last my family for an entire week, but that was ok, we laundered them once and that was enough. We will definitely stay again when we come back if it’s available!

No regrets here!

The property was beautiful and the pools were amazing! Having dining options on site was great and the food was really delicious! We used the on site laundry. No issues there. communication with the owner was great and the unit was very nice and clean. We loved the decor and the shower was awesome! The view of the beach was awesome and the whole placed (inside and out) smelled so good! We booked this unit last minute with no issues. We hope to be back!

The condo was beautiful the location is close to everything and the view from the balcony is amazing, however there was construction in the room next to us so there was loud banging throughout our stay. The slide was not working so the kids were unable to use the slide at all and the parking is very far from the room.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Location - easy access around island Pool Area/Hotel Grounds - Pools were great, hotel grounds were nice. Live music and hula dancer on Friday night Nice gift shop with Starbucks onsite. Room - nicely decorated, comfortable beds, great location in building closest to ocean with beautiful ocean view Cons: Room once was adjoining, and even with it closed off, we could easily hear our neighbors. Hotel is very dated. But in addition to being dated, they also need to make basic necessary repairs. The walls, doors, etc. were beat up and needing paint. Ceiling in breezeway to building D was leaking, 3 out of 4 vending machines broken, glass on door to building C was broken and taped off, etc. The hotels treats private owner guests differently than KBR guests and a bracelet denotes the difference. There was a lot of micro plastic at the beach of the hotel. The hotel focuses on the grounds more than their beach access. We didn't see any other beach on Kauai with as much plastic (micro or otherwise). Note: You do not get access to pool towels or extra hotel towels. What you have in your room (for pool and bath) is what you get unless you pay a fee and arrange to get more towels from the owner. We knew mid stay housekeeping wasn't included but assumed we could still get towels as needed from housekeeping. This is not the case. For a family of four, and the humid weather making it difficult to dry out anything, we were in need of additional towels.

Sehr hübsches Zimmer in einem wunderbaren Hotel!

Das Zimmer mit dem kleinen Bad ist sehr liebevoll mit hübschen Details eingerichtet. Im Zimmer ist alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt: Genügend Handtücher, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine mit Milch, Zucker, Tassen und Gläser und einem Behälter für Eis. Die Betten und die Matratzen sind hervorragend. Es gibt genug Stauraum im Schrank und unter den Betten. Man kann direkt vom Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und einem Tisch auf das Meer und den Strand sehen. Wir können das Zimmer und das Hotel mit tollen Menschen sehr empfehlen.

Great location and fantastic view!

The resort is lovely. It is close to a lot of things. We loved it overall. Here are the pro’s and con’s list. Cons: 1) The room itself is right next to another room. The two rooms are adjoining rooms with a door in between so you can hear your neighbors and your neighbors can hear you. 2) The fridge compressor was a little noisy, but nothing earplugs can’t help.. 3) Being in the smallest building, there were no ice machines in the building. You have to go to building three on the furthest side to get ice and to Building 2 for the microwave. Pro: 1) Getting up in the morning and seeing the sunrise and beach/ocean from the room was fantastic! 2) Room was well decorated. 3) The location was awesome. Close enough to Costco, Coconut Marketplace, Safeway, Walmart. 4) The tree tunnel driving to the resort was beautiful. Overall: great location and great view from our room. We’d stay here again.

Nice room with perfect view

We love this central location on the island! It is the exact midway point between anything you’ll be doing. The ease of check in was nice and so was being able to enjoy resort amenities. While you don’t get daily maid service it’s fine because the room is so clean and without clutter. Beds are comfy, towels are soft, and the owner was available before and during should you need anything. The view is incredible! And it is on the first floor but we never heard anyone above us so don’t worry about that. Enjoy!
