Felspar Townhome is a 3-bedroom townhouse steps to the Crystal Pier and Garnet Ave restaurants - the best location in Pacific Beach, San Diego. From our door to toes in the sand it's about 800ft (240m).
So why are we different? Our home is strategically secluded from the hustle and bustle, carefully furnished, spacious, private. Yet, you don't need a car to explore Pacific Beach. It's a short walk to the best of the neighborhood. If you want to live like a local with the best address in town, come stay with us!
This unit boasts 3 patios and a 1420 square foot area. We comfortably accommodate up to 7 people in beds, plus a child up to 2 years old in a pack-n-play. The master suite downstairs is wheelchair accessible. Our attached garage fits 1 to 2 cars. Free amenities include in-house washer and dryer, barbecue, high speed internet for work and streaming, bikes, beach gear, baby gear. We do not have AC.
Getting around is easy. Explore the neighborhood with or bikes or have fun taking the kids to the beach on our wagon. We also provide a detailed guide with our favorite local picks to spice-up your adventure.
Our home-like amenities leave more money in your pocket and more time to relax. You may pack light and use our in-house washer and dryer, and save big on meals by cooking in our fully stocked kitchen. Travelling with baby is easier with our complimentary crib, high chair and stair-gate. We can also accommodate guests with restricted mobility in our ground-floor master bedroom.

Felspar San Diego Stay

The place was really nice and accommodated the family perfect. Close to the beach and plenty of places to eat all within walking distance! The owner kept in touch and made sure that the stay was good. It was great! I would visit again!

Comfortable and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The location is perfect for walks to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It is uniquely situated in a quiet spot nestled between 2 units. The multiple patios and rooms allowed everyone to have their space. Communication with property manager was great and questions were answered quickly. We would definitely return!

Great time!

We had a great time in PB. The location of the house was perfect, from the beach, to the grocery store and shops all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. The garage was a big plus!!

Nice place, great location

Overall nice place. Very well located. It's the inner unit with no street noise and little party noise. The kitchen and bathrooms are getting a little old around the edges, but still everything worked.

Great family place to stay!

A big thankyou to Juliana for being so accommodating. We had a fantastic time in San Diego. The unit was in great location, easy walk to the beach, pubs and restaurants. The home was very comfortable and had all the necessities a family could need. would highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic place

We loved our stay here. The location is excellent, the house has everything you might need during your stay. The place is super clean and Juliana was a great host. It's hard to find a place that's walking distance to one of the world's most beautiful beaches at such a great price.We will be back next year! Thanks again!

Great stay!

Really enjoyed staying here! The location and amenities at the house are absolutely awesome! This place has everything you need for a great beach stay and we would definitely come back. Really enjoy the fact that we could go to the beach on the last day instead of getting up and being stressed out over a list of chores to complete. All VRBO rentals need to follow this lead. I would come back here for that reason alone...

Great Location at Pacific Beach

We stayed at Juliana’s condo Sun-Thursday with 4 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone to not feel crowded. The location was perfect. One block walk to Pacific Beach and the boardwalk is right there. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, there is no need for a car. If you are wanting to check out the zoo or Sea World, both are super quick drives. We would definitely stay again.

We had a truly wonderful experience in Juliana's townhouse

This was a beautiful property and was perfectly ready for us. Juliana was a wonderful owner and very attentive to anything we had questions about. Location was perfect and the space was so comfortable for my family with 2 kids and our nanny along with us. We were able to bbq outside and enjoy sunsets, the beach all day and use all the bikes and beach gear that was provided. We cannot wait to visit Juliana's townhouse for our next trip again!

Great Location, clean comfortable

Juliana's place is convenient and comfortable. It worked for our two couples and two singles. Parking is an issue for more than 2 vehicles but we were able to park two midsize SUVs end to end in the garage by moving bikes and toywagons inside. Otherwise the next door lot is $30 per day. Nice to have bikes.

This is our 2nd stay at this House. My son was getting married in San Diego and this was perfect to have family that was staying in hotels drop by and visit in a relaxing environment, not to mention they could walk around since we are so close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay again! Oh....loved the bikes that were available to us....my husband I are considering purchasing 2 for ourselves!

Best Thanksgiving week ever

We spent our 2018 Thanksgiving week creating a new family tradition by traveling from Phoenix and staying at this condo in San Diego. The home was perfect - everything we needed for the week we were there. Only short walk to the beach. Shopping was within walking distance including the grocery. We only used our car 1 time to drive to the zoo - otherwise everything else is so close to the condo that we walked. All the beds were amazing - especially the down stairs master bed room with the twin beds - we had our senior mother with us (86) and she was able to use the nice shower very easy to walk in. Our family will be stay here many more times in the future.

Great house and location but does not sleep 7

Listed to sleep seven but the roll away is not a viable bed. Loose coils and old thin mattress. Ended up on the couch. As we were all adults that was very disappointing. House was a nice space to hang, enough cookware, beach and restaurants were very close. Nothing like getting a tea and walking on the beach in the morning!

Vacation 2012

I found the property on the internet. The description is accurate, the property is in a great location on near Pacific Beach. The property is clean and well maintained. The garage is quite narrow, so large vehicles are a challenge. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby the townhouse. We shopped at the local Ralph's (which is walking distance, a couple of blocks) for groceries, and enjoyed going to Mission Beach and Coronado to swim as well. Sea World is 10 minutes away. The bikes were nice to have to take rides along the beach. I would recommend this property and will considering returning for our next San Diego vaation.

Fun Pacific Beach condo

This house is in a great location a block and a half from the beach in the fun village of Pacific Beach. Our only concerns were that we never did find the house binder that other reviewers said was so helpful, and owner never told us where it might be. Also, the beginner supply of household staples included exactly one dishwasher pod. Since these can't be purchased in small packages, it would have been helpful not to have to buy many more than we would need. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.

Good location, responsive host

There are only a few prime blocks in PB and this is one of them...one and a half block walk to the beach, a dozen restaurants at the end of the block, more shops and restaurants a block away on Garnet Ave. Juliana was very responsive when there was a maintenance issue and addressed it quickly. Our 2 and 4 year old were very comfortable, especially with the smart TV that allows you to sign in with your streaming accounts. The open format of the space allowed us to be together and have eyes on them all the time. Multiple bathrooms and bedrooms are great for families. Having a parking garage in that area is critical (we fit a Pathfinder in) as street parking is in short supply from Thursday night through the weekend.

The kids are little and we go a lot to the beach, bay, and Sea World. Now we moved up North, and we want to share our piece of paradise with you!

Why they chose this property

We love Pacific Beach! The most fun beach neighboorhood, far less expensive than La Jolla, much more interesting and functional than Mission Beach. The beautiful Sail Bay is also nearby and you can easily include it in your walk. A variety of restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. It is also the epicenter of San Diego's beach nightlife. For all this, PB is the perfect laid-back beach location and spares you the driving. All other main San Diego attractions are within short distance. But the perfect location is not enough. Our home has a charming openness and lots of natural light. The high ceiling and the tall window in the living room give this condo a very special touch. It's so comfortable and peaceful you almost forget it's so close to everything!

What makes this property unique

You REALLY don't need a car while staying here! Beach, bay, grocery store, shops, restaurants - everything you want to see in PB is just a few steps away.
IF you want to use the car, you are one of a few in the neighborhood to enjoy a 2 car attached garage.
