This 3 bedroom family friendly condo is freshly painted and beautifully decorated, full kitchen, close to hours of beach fun, shopping, and dining-you can also enjoy a dip in the pool located right off of the back deck or drive up the street to rent golf carts, bikes, tours and other exciting island amenities. This location is quiet and on the south side of the island which means quick driving time to the beach and The Village area!

I’m a Georgia native who always dreamed of living near the ocean. I love walks on the beach, swimming the waves, gorgeous sunsets, and the happy feelings that come with time at the ocean-picking up seashells, watching the birds, kids playing in the sand, families spending time together in the sun-I could go on and on. I love providing my guests a special place to make lasting memories with the people most important to them and making sure they feel cared for and appreciated when there.

I love this quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It’s quick drive to all the fun stuff! My neighbors are nice and respectful.

There’s a lovely canal that surrounds our small neighborhood it-it’s literally an island on “the island”!
