The Casita is an addition to the main house with a private entrance to the side, fully furnished and independent from the main house with kitchen, washer/dryer, king bed, TV, etc., and high-speed wifi, heater and AC. There is a door slider beween the main house and Casita that you can lock.
You will have access to the back yard with pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, or just chilling out and enjoying the awesome view of Saddleback Valley below. I can also provide you access to Lake Mission Viejo as my guest, swim, sail, house boating, fishing, etc. are some of the activities you can do.

I am a retired civil enginner/land surveyor. Prior to retirement, I had my own firm, practice locally, designed streets, sewers, storm drains, grading plans and water systems. I live alone in the main house maintaining it and tending to my other rental condo in Maui. I can provide you access to Lake Mission Viejo if you desire.

This property is unique, in that it is completely independent from the main house with it's own private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, king bed, wall mounted TV, Cox high speed wifi. It has it's own force air heater and AC.
We are located in Mission Viejo, close to nearby fun places to visit like Laguna Beach, a 20 minute drive, super great diversity of folks, besides the awesome beach. Sea World in San Diego is a must among the other fun places to visit. Los Angeles, Hollywood are the other places that you can go to.
