Welcome to my Beautiful Beach theme Condo without the Beach prices This Condo is a Beautifully Decorated Ground Floor Condo located just off Hwy 59.in Foley Alabama Close To OWA, The New Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park. Foley Sports Tourism Complex, Foley Sports Plex Tanger Outlet Mall, GlenLakes Golf Club, Gulf Links Golf Center, Lamberts Restaurant (Home of the Throwed Roll), Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Shrimp Basket, Wolf Bay Lodge along many other Great Family Restaurants. You will also find a Wal-Mart and a Publix less than a block away and a very short drive to Gulf Shores Beautiful White Sandy Beaches This Condo Has been newly Renovated and Tastefully decorated with a Beach and Costal theme. This Condo is Fully Furnished and is Very Comfortable (I use it myself not just a rental) . All kitchen utensils are furnished, A new Built in Microwave, Glass Top Stove, Garbage Disposal and a built-in dishwasher with a guest starter pack furnished. The laundry room Features an Extra-Large Washer and Dryer with a guest starter pack furnished This Condo also has a screened in porch patio area to relax and enjoy your mornings or your favorite cup of coffee. We had a great stay! The condo was perfect and very close to all the places! The owner had taken into account everything we would need: comfy beds, plush towels, even two coffee pots. We would love to stay again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy get away!

We were in town for a gymnastic meet. Phil’s condo was perfect for us. It was convenient to the gymnastic site, shopping, and restaurants. The host was easy to contact at all times and very helpful with any questions. The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo

A beautiful condo situated in a nice area close to everything. Me and my faimly were able to get to many places very quickly becuase we were no more than 20 minutes from everything. When i visit again I'll definitely have to stay here again.

We have spent 100s of hours working and remodeling this condo to make it the show place of Park Ave Condominiums and we are proud of the results of our hard work.
