Convenient to downtown Elkins. Beautiful views and quiet location. Well appointed inside and very neat. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Such a peaceful location.
Lovely stay at the cabin! Hot tub and sauna in a mountain cabin, only minutes away from a great small town! I look forward to returning for a bit longer next time!

Absolutely loved this place! We were in town for the Mountain State Forest Festival and stayed at the Kelly Mountain cabins. The ONLY regret about staying here is that we came for the festival, which limited our time fully appreciating our cabin, as we were at festival activities. Stacy has a great place here and is very attentive to insure you enjoy it! Highly recommended!
Simply put, this place was perfect for a girls weekend getaway with friends. It was just perfect and was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures do not do it justice. I will be returning on a routine basis!
Highly recommended. Rooms were really big, comfortable, and we used the hot tub and the gas grill. We didn’t use the Sauna although it seemed new and well maintained. Definitely coming back in the future for disconnect and enjoy the high cabin in between the woods.
This is a perfect little cabin for a weekend getaway! We enjoyed using the hot tub, getting in and out was easy, and beautiful location close to town. Kitchenette is nice but refrigerator is tiny. Connecting to WiFi was confusing, TV in main area wouldn't connect, and TV in one of the bedrooms wasn't plugged in with the outlet being behind a heavy cabinet. Not a big deal for a 2 night stay so we didn't contact the property manager. Overall happy with our stay!
Really nice property and cabin; however, we were only there an hour and a half before a transformer blew and the power was cut off due to a windstorm. So we were unable to spend the night. The owner was amazing and understanding and submitted a full refund. I would love to book again another time and have the opportunity to enjoy it.

Cute, but Really Noisy Getaway
If you don’t mind the roaring traffic sounds from the highway — just feet below your deck —this is your ideal Mountain Getaway. For our group, it was disappointingly loud because we found it difficult to talk to each other outside over all the traffic noise. While nicely decorated inside — it’s just not the ideal place to go if you want to sit outside to watch the stars, take in the mountain air, or enjoy a quiet evening in the hot tub.

Girls Trip 2024
Every year we take a trip to a different state. We arrived to a freezing cabin, we followed instructions for gas logs in living area and messaged management . We didnt hear back till late tue following day that the logs were shut off due to the annual inspection. Would of been nice to have been given a heads up at check in. We were also told that when reporting the fact that mice in the cabinthat we were in the mountains and it was hard to control. I live in the country and we have no mice living in our home with us. We spent most of the days there out exploring and although internet was provided we never were able to connect or atream a movie we were hoping to watch together last night. I would not recommend staying here to anyone who isnt prepared to be off the grid. The bedrooms are adorable. Just terribly disappointed over all
The hot tub was also filled with black filthy water and doesnt work.
such a shame that the
This rental had a few problems.
1. Did not have any internet which meant no tv all weekend, no one could look up anything on our phones etc. Can’t totally blame the host if the provider had problems.
2. The cabin is set up for the fireplace to heat the kitchen and living room. The fireplace did not work and the remote for the fireplace had corroded batteries. Since we were staying during colder weather we had to turn on the oven and open the door to warm the area.
3. The shower in my sister’s bathroom dripped all night and even with the door closed it made for a miserable night. She draped a towel over the knobs to subdue the dripping the next night.
I texted Stacy about these problems and she just apologized. Although it was a weekend stay I would have thought she could have sent someone to fix the fireplace and the dripping shower.
We actually extended our stay at the cabin. We started off with the previous renters taking the remotes to the cabins TVs. Where it’s located we had bad internet connection. The internet is nothing that can be helped by the owners. Let me just say that the lady over the cabins Stacy, she’s amazing. Responsive and cares about your experience. They gave us our last night free due to things out of her control. It’s sad people stealing things from the cabin. The hot tub was clean, the cabin was clean and comfortable. They provided starter shampoo and conditioner, soaps, dish soap, dishes. The refrigerator is a tiny one in cabin 4, so it’s not ideal but I seen other cabins have full size refrigerators. Over all I was satisfied with the price and the quality of the cabin. We would 10/10 recommend simply due to Stacy. We will return every year as we like visiting winter place. Snow shoe is a close drive along with so many other great places.
