Tucked into a tropical garden setting at the edge of the Bonita Bay Golf Course, this three-bedroom condo provides beautiful space inside and out where you can relax with friends and family.
This condo is on the ground floor of Waterford at Bonita Bay, a gated community offering lovely golf course views, a swimming pool, and a private beach shuttle that runs from mid-November through April (dates subject to change). It's a place to practice your drive, bask in the Florida weather, and spend your days lounging on the white sand of Bonita Beach.
The corner position of this condo allows for an extraordinary amount of privacy, with decks on two sides. Enjoy a spacious screened porch with ample seating for dining and lounging and an open sundeck off the kitchen.
Inside, the condo boasts an expansive floor plan, walls of picture windows that frame the golf course, and professional decor that enhances the tropical atmosphere. It's an easy space to spend time with the people you love, whether you're cooking in the kitchen, sitting down for meals, or watching movies and playing card games in the living area. Bask in the comfort of central air-conditioning or slide open the deck doors for authentic indoor-outdoor living. The three bedrooms all have TVs, and two have en suite bathrooms.
Things to Know
Beginning March 31, 2024, Bonita Bay's private beach park will be closed due to a renovation project that is slated to be completed by early 2025. The private beach shuttle will also be down for maintenance from March 31, 2024, until April 15, 2024. The shuttle will take guests to Lover's Key Park and Doc's Beach House instead during this renovation. This timeline may change due to weather, turtle nesting season, and/or availability of materials. The entrance fee for Lover's Key Park is only covered during this time if you take the shuttle.
HOA has strict occupancy restrictions where the unit is limited to a single household unit and cannot have occupants who reside in more than one household.
This vacation rental requires the completion of an application and payment to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
