Great stay for a big group of guys and company. Plenty of bathroom space to where everyone could get ready quickly and the beds were even more accommodating than I could tell in the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful to accommodate for flight delays and renting us a 15 person van. I would certainly stay here for future visits of any kind, whether it is to roam around Old Town or the nature of Arizona.

Beautiful house, plenty of beds

What a beautiful, clean and updated house. Beds galore. The pool and the putting green were great amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with cleaning supplies. The only downside was that the trash bin was completely full when we arrived. We weren't sure what to do with our trash bags. But completely recommend this beautiful house.

Great Scottsdale Experience

Our family enjoyed our stay at this fabulous residence. The layout was conducive to gathering with a large open concept kitchen and living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well apointed. The pool was large and very convenient for kids. Only improvement area was that we noticed broken bottles/glass in two spots off the back patio which should have been cleaned. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to meet up with a large party in Scottsdale.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had 8 adults stay for a long golf weekend, and couldn't have been more happy about the accommodations. The kitchen / front room area was spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location was close to Old Town Scottsdale and the airport. We didn't use the backyard only because we ran out of time doing other things. All of the appliances worked just fine. We would definitely stay there again.

WM Phoenix Open/Super Bowl Weekend

This property is perfect for a large group. I think 10 beds and 6 of them were Queen or bigger. Location is perfect. Close to Old Town. Close to 101. Clean neighborhood and safe. The backyard is awesome. Outdoor kitchen. Plenty of seating in kitchen dining. I think 14 seats in all right there. This is a perfect stay for large groups or families. Host was always checking in to make sure you had what you needed. Great stay.

Awesome property and management

This house is beautiful and BIG! There was so much space for our large family group to spread out and have fun. The home is one of the best-appointed ones I have ever stayed at...it had everything we needed and more. We were victims of the great Southwest airlines implosion of late 2022 and Scott, the property manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our quickly changing plans. We can't thank him enough and look forward to staying here again the next time we make it to Phoenix!

Large with a great backyard

Fantastic property in Scottsdale- there were 14 of us ranging in ages from infant to grandma. Kids and adults played hard in the swimming pool, relaxed in the hot tub and played cornhole. Bedrooms were big enough to hold everyone without feeling crowded. Kitchen was perfect to cook Christmas dinner- great appliances and outdoor kitchen too. Would rent this property again.

The only thing that I can complain about is on the ad it reads in walking distance and within .01 of things. It wasn’t walking distance to anything other than another neighborhood. So I would take that out of the ad because it is a little misleading, other than that the place is great. Thanks

BEST HOUSE with an AWESOME HOST!

This house was amazing! We booked this house for our tennis team that was playing in Scottsdale. Each of us (12 ladies) had our own bed and there was plenty of space where we didn't feel like we were on top of on another. Prior to the trip, the host responded to our messages within a couple hours, if not minutes. Great communication! When we arrived, Scott said we could contact him 24/7 and he wasn't kidding! He responded to our texts immediately. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. This house provided everything we possibly needed and more. I highly recommend!

Club sports are expensive these days but we are a family of entrepreneurs! Our kids decided to help pay for their sports they would open a short term rental property! They have worked hard to turn this property into a luxury spacious place for you to enjoy.

Old Town Scottsdale is a historic place with fine dining, golf courses close by less than 2 miles to the freeway. Most of the homes are small with a few bedrooms. This home is tucked away in the back of a cup-du-sac. The extra space allowed for a bigger home with a heated pool and even a putting green! Each of the 4 bathrooms were designed with luxury finishes to help you relax and enjoy your time in AZ.
