You are most welcome to our two-bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Zagreb, 5 minutes walk from the main Ban Jelacic square, just next to the Croatian National theatre (HNK) and the A.T. Mimara Museum.

Easily accessible: there are two tram stops just next to the apartment building with six tram- line connections. The apartment is 5 tram stops far from the main bus station.

The apartment is 80 sq m and consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a balcony, a bathroom and a toilet. There`s central heating system in all the spaces and both bedrooms are air conditioned. One bedroom is equipped with a double king-size bed and a walk-in closet while the other has two single beds 120 cm wide, a desk and a wardrobe.

Lovely apartment in good location

Nice and clean. Well situated to walk to upper and lower town. Lots of transportation options. Parking was close by at Weston Hotel. Parking is difficult everywhere in Zagreb so bc we just parked and walked. Apartment is on 3rd floor(4th really as the entrance is considered ground). Lots of winding stairs so travel light. Eduard was very nice and responsive. Nice place.

One night in Zagreb

Our family of 4 stayed at this property on our last night in Croatia before flying back to the US. Apartment was modern and well appointed for our needs. It was clean and spacious and an easy walk to some great restaurants in lower town. Parking was easy with the Zagreb parking app.

Perfect Location

Really lovely Appartement. You find in the Kitchen all you need. Some small things are broken; e.g. the balcony door, window hinge. Hard climb up staicase

Lovely choice for our stay in Zagreb

Eduard responded very promptly to all our communications and check in was very easy. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. We were sad to only have one night there! Walked into the old town in 15 minutes.

We really liked using Eduard's house as a home base for our time in Zagreb. The location was good and we liked the two bedroom setup for our family of four. Eveninga sent on the balcony were great!

Easy access to city centre

The apartment is exactly like the photos on the website. There is on street parking nearby. It took us approx 20 mins walk into the city centre and there is a tram stop outside the apartment. Apartment is on the third floor so it is a bit of a climb.

Lovely apartment in the busy city

We were only in Zagreb for a short time after a long flight and enjoyed being able to recover from jet lag in such a beautiful apartment. Truly an oasis in a busy city! The neighborhood and area has all conveniences nearby. Eduard helped us with parking which comes with a learning curve for travelers new to Croatia. We appreciated his communication very much! Great place to stay!

Stunning modernized sunlit flat

Very modern and well lit flat with lots of natural sunlight. amenities and open floor plan were great for the holiday season. Great area and walking distance to everything. The flat is on the top floor, but dry comfortable and quite place.

My family and I (4 adults) absolutely loved the apartment. The living room and kitchen area were very spacious . The bedrooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable. It was great to have 2 bathrooms. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked everywhere wanted to go. However the tram is directly out of the front door and very easy to access. Check in process and communications with the owner were quick and efficient. Apartment is very nice - living and kitchen area well presented with comfortable sofa and chairs. Bedrooms spacious with walk-in wardrobe in master. On 3rd floor with no lift which is ok if fit and healthy

We Felt Spoiled

Eduardo has done a great job in remodeling this classic old building into a comfortable , spacious modern apartment. It was light and airy with everything we needed. The only problem was that it was on the 3rd floor (4th in US), but Eduardo helped us with our luggage and even had a friend meet us when we were leaving to carry down our luggage. He is a wonderful host. The apartment has beautiful ambient lighting, great kitchen supplies and a wonder bathing tub.. Never ran out of hot water either. Even though it was on the tramline in the evening it was quiet. The apartment is easy to find and a great location--take the tram to the main square to access old town. We loved our stay and a new apartment will be ready soon on the 2nd floor.

Fabulous location professionally run

Trams, bakeries, supermarkets and sights to see really close. Also convenient to the train station.Very comfortable beds and bedding. Well equipped including with some spices and teas. We loved the balcony even in winter. Eduard was very helpful and responsive.
