Heavenly

The house is on a nice piece of property so it was nice to have some privacy. The pool area was delightful with plenty of seating for our crew. The house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There was a nature preserve about a mile away that we walked to. It was beautiful. We will be returning for sure!

Clean and well appointed home

I want to start my review and say that dealing with Rob was seamless as he was very responsive. His home is just right for 10 people. We stayed in this gem for my bachelorette party. It was clean and very tastefully furnished. We went wine tasting and out for dinner in Southhampton and the location was convenient. The pool is amazing and all my girlfriends commented on how well they slept (beds were really comfortable). I would definitely stay again.

Great for a few friends

We had such a nice time at this house. It's close enough to Sag Harbor, but far enough to feel some privacy. The house is set up perfectly for a few couples and maybe some kids in the basement area. The pool is wonderful and the outdoor shower is the BEST I've ever tried. Gas bbq which is a nice plus! The only thing I would recommend is to bring bug spray and wear shoes by the pool as the stone gets hot. All in all, we had the BEST time. Would love to return back. Thank you1!

Great for family trip, love the pool!

Our family enjoyed our time at Rob's home. The deck was great for grilling and watching the kids play in the pool, and is also gated off so we could keep our dogs on the deck. The house also has gates on either end of the stairs, though our kids are older. And there were plenty of books and toys for the kids to play. We got to go to a nearby beach, farmstand, and vineyard during our stay. And loved the pool time (we didn't touch the heater, but it was still an enjoyable temp!). It is very clean and well maintained. We did have some internet issues at first, but Rob was super responsive in helping us troubleshoot. I would make sure to bring some toiletries if you have a larger group and condiment type things if you plan to BBQ. But the house has plenty of towels and pool tubes. Thanks for a wonderful long weekend, Rob!

Great Spatious, Secluded Home

I had the pleasure of spending Memorial Day weekend with a group of friends at this home. It is beautifully decorated and is much more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. We had a group of 12 and every person had a bed to sleep on. The backyard is really wonderful and very serene. The backyard is very secluded so with a loud group, we had no issues with neighbors. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and had no problems arise, however for suggestions I would recommend updating the check-in process instructions because they were a bit confusing. Also we had some difficulties with locking/unlocking some of the back doors. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home for potential renters.

Amazing retreat in Sag Harbor

What an amazing girls weekend we had at this home! It is gorgeous, comfortable, spacious, and had every amenity we could need! It was just perfect for our group of 10 and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings, cooked dinner in the kitchen, and got some sun by the pool. It is centrally located to lots of activities. We were only there for the weekend, but wished we could have stayed longer! We already can’t wait to go back!

Truly enjoyed

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The photos of the property did not deceive. This is a beautiful home. I was able to communicate with the property owner throughout the stay without an issue. At one point an issue occurred and he sent over the property manager In less than an hour to resolve it. Would recommend this property for anyone looking to go to Sagg Harbor as a get away.

wonderful! relaxing and yet in the heart of the Hamptons!

Beautiful home, recommend

The house is charming, super private and very clean. The grounds were well-kept, enclosed and the pool was a great size. I was pleasantly surprised by the baby proofing (gates, cabinet holds, electric covers) which came in handy with our toddlers.Rob was extremely responsive throughout our stay and beforehand.

Awesome house!

Perfect location, great house and even better pool. We had a great time. We had our 4 and 2 year old with us and this house was very kid friendly. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Great vacation for my family

Clean comfortable well kept property with a great pool modern kitchen and all the amenities listed were there. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The grounds were well kept. My kids my grandkids loved it and so did my wife and i.

Perfection!

This house was perfect for our week long birthday celebration with family and friends. We wouldn't have changed a thing! Rob was wonderful to work with. Great house, wonderful pool, and nice quiet neighborhood. This had everything we needed and more!

Clean home, close to many fun activities

Thank you Rob for sharing your home for the weekend. We had an amazing time enjoying eastern long Island! Your home is beautiful with a phenomenal pool and yard. Being close to so many restaurants, golf courses, and only a quick 40 minute ride to Montauk, we were able to experience it all. We will definitely look to come back! You're quick response time to any questions we had was greatly appreciated, I will definitely be recommending your home to any friends or family looking for a weekend away 😁!

Beautiful house with a great pool.

We stayed at the house the second week of August and had an amazing time. The house is even better than the pictures show, everything is recently updated with beautiful furniture, especially in the bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are a great size, especially the corner ones on the second level, and there is enough space in the house that you don't fell cramped. We had 3 families with 8 total kids and never felt as though we were on top of each other. Rob was great and easy to work with. He was super responsive throughout the entire process and during our stay. There were no major issues but little questions came up while we were there and he responded basically immediately. The property is secluded with a nice deck, great patio and pool. It's super close to main street Sag Harbor. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants to be in Sag Harbor and yet have great privacy. We would definitely go back.

Perfect for a girls' weekend

Some friends and I wanted to get out of the city for a long weekend and this was a perfect retreat. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished, and the pool was huge. We grilled, walked to the nearby wildlife refuge/beach, and spent a little time in town. Rob was very responsive and helpful throughout it all. Not to be missed.

Perfect home and location

We recently returned home after our fourth time staying at Rob's beautiful house. It is perfect for our group of two families with small children. The property is very peaceful, and feels safe for our children to run around and play in the garden. We equally love splashing in the pool - the shallow end is perfect for our children who can all touch the bottom - and hanging out on the deck. There is every amenity available, and the house is clearly well looked after and loved. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful!

This was our family home for many years. So, it was such a treat to get a chance to enjoy the property again for our summer vacation. The best part is - it still felt like home! We had a fabulous time. Rob is incredibly responsive and makes the process so easy. It really is a lovely property!

Perfect getaway

We just had an amazing family retreat at Rob's property. It was so serene and private, yet so close to everything you need - beach, town, hiking trail, etc. Everything was just as pictured & described, and more! We had a large group - 8 adults, 5 kids, a baby and a dog. Although the house was not huge, it accommodated all these people comfortably. There were extra mattress, toddler air mattress on top of already described trundle bed and sofa bed. The house was well stocked with all the necessary supplies and tons of towels & beach towels. It also had tons of pool floaties, toddler basketball hoop, badminton racquets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach tents. We really didn't need to bring anything! What impressed me more than the well maintained house, its beautiful pool area, amazing location and its well stocked supplies was that Rob really cared that we had a good time at his property. He was very responsive and accommodating. We really felt we were well taken care of during our stay there! I would love to stay at this property again, and next time, much longer!

Awesome Weekend!

My friends and I just spent a wonderful weekend here and from the moment I pulled up to the house I knew I was in for a treat. The pictures are very accurate and the house is beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked. My favorite part though, was the pool and the deck. My friends and I spent Saturday grilling and swimming and we had a blast! Rob is very responsive and understanding and I'd not only stay again, but I'd recommend his house to other people.
