New construction nestled in a gorgeous cul de sac. This property is close to town, jitney, park and minutes away from Westhampton, Southampton, and ocean beaches. Sunbathe on the private deck, pool patio, or on the sun shelf in the pool. Float in the pool, play on the lush grass in the fenced in backyard. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee on the front porch, escape to the sitting area to read a book, or enjoy a nice evening by the gas fireplace. You can shower outside after a long day at the beach and grill/eat on the large deck.
