Right in the middle of some of the best hunting, fishing, rafting, hiking, mountain biking, etc that Colorado has to offer! Take a short walk into the 8,000-acre Bitterbrush State Wildlife Area located less than 200 yards out the back door!

Two bedrooms, one bathroom (shower), with two full beds and two sets of sturdy bunk beds. All the amenities of home with a 65" Smart TV, with wifi internet, washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot, dishes/utensils, etc. Nice grassy yard to relax, play games and listen to the birds sing.
