All of the comforts of home with a vacation atmosphere, laid back attitude and warm Key West breezes to put your worries behind you. Your decisions in Key West will be whether to have a simple Cuban cafe con leche or a deluxe breakfast at the Blue Heaven. We have created a beautiful tropical home, a two bedroom/two bath upscale condominium. Location, luxury and reasonable rates are the reasons we have been successful. Please check us out for yourself. We have been doing this since 2000 and have yet to have a dissatisfied customer.

Great stay right across from the beach
This condo is right across the street from the beach. It comes with four chairs, two comfortable, two not as much and more for a kid. Lots of bath and beach towels, no cooler, some snorkel gear and an umbrella that might not work great in the wind. The beds were ok, kitchen had everything we needed. Needed to buy toilet paper, paper towels, as we only had enough for a few days. Ubers are everywhere and cheap to most places you want to go. This place is very close to the airport which is nice but you do hear lots of planes. The shower did not drain well and we did have a snake but my husband did not want to do that. The place could have been cleaner the floor made our feet black. The patio door does not lock although the owner said it’s tricky we couldn’t do it. This place has lots of codes for the gate, the elevator and first time to open the door. It’s tricky but once you figure it out it’s fine. It does make the place more secure. Over all our stay was great and communication with the owner was good. The place is being sold in January so not sure how that will affect anything. I would stay here again.

First Time to Key West
What an absolutely amazing property. Very comfortable and clean. It has a beautiful ocean view. Convenient parking and elevator access. The pool and hot tub area was great.

First time was a charm
Enjoyed our first trip to Key West and this condo was perfect for our family of four (two kids/two adults). Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dehumidifier, and A/C. Really nice pool. Good base for exploring the lower keys. We hope to be back one day and would stay here again.

A Full Key West experience
Wonderful condo for a perfect Key West experience! Sights of the ocean and beach each day from the condo, such an easy access to Smathers beach and a wonderfully refreshing pool. We had family also stay in 2 other locations, hotels, and their pools were not refreshing! This was such a quiet location. About 10 to 12 minutes from Duval, which if you drive yourself ypull have to pay to park, or Uber/Lyft. We did walk it a couple times just to experience, not advisable for mid day though.

Great location!
This property has everything you need for a great stay in key west. Across the street from a sandy beach, ocean views from the balcony. We enjoyed the pool and common areas were very clean. Condo was very clean. We rented bikes for the week from Eaton Bikes and rode to anywhere we wanted on the island.

Enjoyed our visit!
The condo is in a gated community right across from Smathers Beach, so getting to the beach was super easy and convenient. The only restaurant within close walking distance is at Margaritaville Beach House which we walked to several times. The owner recommends that you have a car but we used Uber. They are abundant and never more than 2 minutes away. The property has everything you need including beach chairs and towels. The pool is conveniently located to the condo. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the waves come in. This is a great condo definitely worth renting!

Great place to stay in paradise
The condo was just as stated in the description, and very clean. The porch faced the ocean and we enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening drinks out there. The property has a great pool with chairs in both son and shade. Bill was very responsive to any needs and the condo has supplies of paper goods, laundry detergent, soaps and shampoos, and towels for the entire week without us having to buy anything. There were also beach chairs available as it’s right across the street from Smathers Beach. We enjoyed our week immensely and hope to be back soon.

Perfect in Every Way
Bill is detail oriented and it shows in his pre-booking , booking and check in . The condo is clean , newly furnished , comfortable and fully equipped, down to a well stocked spice rack . Great view from balcony . Pool is outstanding . You can not go wrong booking this property .

Great condo!
We loved our stay at Bill’s condo! It was a great location for a quiet, relaxing getaway…right across the street from the beach and away from all of the other busy tourist areas…BUT only a short drive, bike ride, or taxi ride to get to the tourist areas!! Bill also had his condo well stocked with pretty much everything!! (Beach toys, beach chairs, board games, books, coolers, shampoo, conditioner, spices, condiments, etc…) I did bring all of our toiletries and beach towels and whatnot but if you do forget something, he has you covered!! Also, the pool/hot tub is opened 24 hours so we really enjoyed sneaking down for a relaxing, quiet midnight swim too!!

Great Location/Condo
Great Smathers beach location with endless water views from the balcony. The condo fit our family of four perfectly, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Large pool with lots of room, with plenty of lounge seating and covered area with tables/chairs. It is close to a corner store to get you started with some basics (5-10min walk), and a Irish pub we ate at a couple times with good food and staff. Higgs beach is just a short 20min walk away we had great snorkeling along the pier. The key west extreme adventure shark tour was amazing, along with the night time lighted kayak tour. A day at Fort Zachary Taylor is a must, great beach with a cafe and of course the Fort tour and hiking.

Loved the pool! Met some very nice people. Had a minor issue with the washing machine and contacted Bill … he took care of it the next day. Used the taxi service all week. Went to some great restaurants. Had a wonderful time!

La brisa condos
Great place to stay and very affordable! Lots of things you will want/need are already in the condo, which was appreciated. Bill is easy to communicate with. Very close to smathers beach. There is a small grocery store/ liquor store down the street. Had plenty of beach towels, floaties in the condo. Loved it!

Great location!
Being right across the street from smathers beach was the perfect location for us. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the check-in and check-out was very easy. The pool was perfect as well! We were only a short drive away from any activity we wanted to do, but far enough away where we didnt have to deal with any of the crowds and craziness. Thank you for a wonderful week, and I will definitely look up La Brisa again for our next trip to the keys, whenever that happens!

La Brisa Condominiums are, in our opinion, the premier location on the Atlantic Ocean. Our grounds are not only tropical but are also warm and welcoming. La Brisa is a gated community and the access to our property is simple and convenient. There are no long walks to get to the beach. We love the view of the ocean and people watching on the promenade next to the beach.

Enjoy sunrise on our balcony with your morning coffee and newspaper and then perhaps a walk, jog or bicycle ride on the 2.5 mile long promenade directly adjacent to our building along Smathers Beach
