Intro to St Aug

We had a great first stay in St Augustine at Kenneth's house. We were in town for our daughter's wedding, which was two blocks from our VRBO. We had plenty of room to spread out. My husband, son, his fiance, my mother and I all stayed in this home. We had easy access to downtown and there was a wonderful coffee/wine bar across the street. The beds were very comfortable and we got lots of good rest. The kitchen was very spacious and we easily hosted a pre wedding brunch to meet my duaghters new in laws. We would definitely recommend this house.

Family Wedding

We attended our nephew's wedding at Vilano Beach; this house was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We mostly used the house to sleep, as we spent most of our time away from the house and with our family, who all live nearby. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. I highly recommend staying at Sunny Days.

Great Family Get Together

This property was great for our needs. I would like to give it a 5-star but can't. The washing machine was broken upon arrival, it could not be repaired and a new one would not arrive until after our departure. The main bedroom shower had a slow drain, meaning we were standing in ankle deep water while showering. I would stay at this property again and would recommend it.

Family getaway Summer 2023

We enjoy the property and it’s vicinity to old town St.Augustine. The house located was great. It was about 2 miles from Vellardo Beach and so close to old town St. Augustine. The neighborhood was quite. I really appreciate the manager concern for my family and I during the hurricane watch. He made sure that we were okay and the property outdoors furniture were properly secured.

Beautiful Home and Stay!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfy and the little touches like activities and supplies for young kids was great. My only complaint was the cleanliness, which was not bad, but the couch was visible needing a clean and the master shower smelled like there is mold down in the drain. Other than that, we had all we needed. I might suggest a refresh of the pots and pans at some point, but everything was in good condition. The bungalow visitors were really nice, as well. I would definitely recommend despite the minor flaws. We didn't really get to use the patio and grill because of the weather.
