You and your family will love this unique, Topsail gem! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on a spacious deck looking out to the ocean. You're a short walk from the beach and memories you will treasure forever. Being that this is the furthest north retreat on the island, you can enjoy views of the ocean, inlet, and marsh. Your family will relish in the natural surroundings.

The fully equipped kitchen and ample dining area allow the chef of the family to show off their skills. Grab a seat in the comfortable kitchen nook and check out the sound while you enjoy breakfast. After enjoying our island, relax on the large sectional sofa to watch a movie on the 55-inch smart TV and unwind. This family and kid-friendly home offers a truly private main suite on the top floor. The large porthole windows give you an amazing glimpse of the ocean before and after bed. The private sitting area provides you with a quiet area to relax. The three other bedrooms are located on the first floor with two of them providing access to the ocean view deck. Just slide open the door, grab a seat, and smell the salt air. You're at the beach!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Beautiful but with some cleanliness and safety concerns

Beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. Well stocked home Not in a good swim zone due to swift water. It is posted no swimming due to swift currents. Not a great place to stay if u have any handicap travelers.

Great House

Beautiful location

Sunrises were fabulous, house was clean and well stocked! We didn't know that the house was next to a beach access and thought it would be noisy, but it was very quiet and there was a consistent police presence. The house was beautifully decorated and steps to the beach. It was a wonderful week with our Marine son and his wife!

Beautiful Views

This home has beautiful views from every window as is seen in the rental photographs. It is well furnished, the linens were very nice and the house was unusually well stocked with personal use supplies like dish soap.

Awesome property

The house has the greatest views! Awesome to be able to access the beach and the inlet. Beautiful sunrise and moon rise over the ocean. We had a great week fishing and relaxing on the beach, watching the boats come in and out the inlet, and walking on the beach. Would love to go back next year.

Great house. Fabulous views.

Point of view was a great house. Well stocked and comfortable. The stairs up to the front door were streap and made of tile so a little slippery. That was the only minus. Great place for dogs if they can climb stairs well.

Show off

Beautiful home with plenty of space and gorgeous views of the sound, waterway and ocean. Wonderful watching the sunrise and the big full moonrise. Very baby/kid friendly. A lot of steps/stairs if you have crawling babies or any body injuries so keep that in mind. Very well stocked kitchen and a relaxing hot tub with jets in the primary bedroom on the top level.

AMAZING VIEWS!

This home has the most amazing views! From sunrise to sunset, it was beautiful! The home has great furniture and the couch fit our whole family. The AC worked amazing and I only mention because we normally don't have luck with previous rentals. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, spices, dish washer tabs and trash bags. There was even additional toilet paper and laundry detergent. All these extra touches was so thoughtful! Thank you so much for the chocolates and the beautiful beach dish! I will say that the only draw back is that it does get a little loud with the parking lot next to the house. People were leaving at all hours of the night and headlights shining into the house.

Everything we hoped for

Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. After the weekend crowd left the beach had just enough people you didnt feel alone but certainly not crowded. A great view feom eveey level of the house. Porches and balconies could use some attentjon but still very safe.

Absolute perfection!

We stayed here for a few days this December as a quick getaway to get away from the holiday stress. This property was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and warm and cozy. So many special touches like toiletries provided and extra cozy blankets around the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal! Lots of games and puzzles, child items and toys and even dog items! During the winter season, this is a fairly private area and the views are just unreal! Our dogs had so much fun running on the beach. We saw dolphins and found lots of cool shells. Beds were comfortable and the setup of the rooms and bathrooms is great. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

A gem on Topsail

We stayed here as a family of 7. 5 adults and 2 kids. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We had rain the first few days, but view from house was great, and plenty of games in the house. I do wish it was disclosed that you cannot swim on the beach near the house. We would have loved to get in the water, but with the river right there flowing into the ocean to the right, it makes it dangerous. There were recent drownings of kids there near us. So please be careful if you get in! The water drops right off when you get in. If you go past the black thing in the water to the right, it is just ocean and safe, but you'd have to walk a bit. Even after all that, the house is absolutely fantastic with views from every window. I would stay here again, but probably not with my kids while they are still younger and like to swim more. Pointe of View

The house was very nice. Well stocked and clean. 😊 The problem issues we had, could not be helped or changed by the owner. The public parking area beside us was quite distracting for a peaceful time on the decks....even until late into the night. I would not be able to stay again because of several flights of stairs to the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. My knees are in very bad condition for stair climbing. It is a short walk to the beach. But the undertow this week because of hurricane "Debbie", was very dangerous. So b/n the daily storms and rough waters, there were little or no trips to the beach. 😔 But none of those things could be helped by the owner. It's a Beautiful home. 😍
