Searching for mountain views? Look no further!
Our comfortable South facing 2 bed/2 bath, condo W/ amazing views of Three Sisters mountain and Mount Rundle, comes W/ everything you need for the perfect mountain vacation. Our space has a spacious, fully-stocked kitchen and 2 full bedrooms with a King bed in each. The resort offers year round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, parkade, fitness centre and is located minutes from downtown Canmore. Stay a while, you will love this gem!
Two bedroom suite. The master bedroom is a large room with king bed, and has its own ensuite 5 piece bathroom. The second bedroom has patio access, king bed and bathroom access.
In the living area, the sectional sofa has 4 inch mattress, so if you're planning on coming with a larger group everyone will have a good night's sleep.
Kitchen is fully appointed with everything you'd need to prepare your meals - new knife set, spices, oils, S&P.
The patio has a bbq with two chairs and table.
Heated pool/hot tub is accessible by pin which we will provide. There is a Welcome Booklet located at the condo with all of the resort information, travel ideas and restaurant recommendations. You will have full access to the private condo.

Located just off the Bow Valley Trail and a short 15 minute walk to Downtown Canmore through Spring Creek. Easy access to trails, including Policeman's Creek. Views of Grotto Mountain from the walk-out patio. 20 minutes to Banff.
Black Dog Cafe located in the resort.
15 minute walk to downtown.
Roam Transit Bus #3 to Banff, #5 in town. Bus stop only a few minute walk away.
Convenient access to #1 Highway (no highway noise).
If you wish to use the Nordic Centre or travel to Kananaskis Country a Kananaskis Park Pass is mandatory its costs $15 for a day Pass - which we do not provide.
Parking lot is 6ft7 maximum in height. Please no pets. Remove shoes at the front door. Return parking card before leaving. Any lost, stolen or damages items will be charged to the guest.

Extra Charges and Fees:
Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:
- White Key Card missing: $30 for replacement
- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
- garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
- smoking / vaping penalty: up to 500$
- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item)
