We loved our stay. The home was perfect for us and our small children. The spacious layout was nice for them to play and we had ample amounts of space to share many memories. The beds were comfy & the towels were soft. I’d recommend this home to anyone but especially families. The couch was amazing!! Every other rental I’ve ever stayed in always had a lousy couch, this one was awesome!
The house was clean and nice and perfectly situated for us. Not far from University or Rochester.

Beautiful old house in Rochester
Lovely old house and Rochester, restored and kept up and in a central location. Even had a Christmas tree to greet us! Everything you needed was there.
We loved the location. Close to center city and easy to get around town. This house was remodeled very well for an older house. The woodwork was amazing. The host was very accessible. Will definitely try to use whenever we visit our son in Rochester.
Beautiful, very clean,, everything you need to get a comfy feel and stay while visiting our daughter's in Rochester and Ithaca area. This home is a gem and Cheryl is a fabulous host. Thank you for opening up your home to us.
This was a girls weekend. We each had our own bedroom. This is a beautiful home. Lots of antiques, great neighborhood, clean, nice putdoor space. Lots of places you can walk to.
I would definately stay here again! Great communication with the owner!

House was clean. Felt safe. I like the original woodwork and the details in it so you know it was an older house, but with some modern stuff in it, which I really enjoyed in a quiet neighborhood. I would rent this house again Great communication with the owner we had a couple hiccups in the house, and you know she returned messages in a timely manner
I took 3 friends and attended 2 days of the PGA Championships nearby. The check-in was effortless,Cheryl went above and beyond to welcome us, and we'd do it again, especially with her, in a heartbeat. A wonderful experience.
Our family of my husband and myself and 2 adult children stayed for 2 nights - basically to sleep and shower. We didn't use the well-appointed kitchen but it looked like it would be a great place to cook. The bathrooms were updated and lovely (great shower pressure!). Bedrooms could use new mattresses and end tables for a better experience. Look forward to coming back next time we're in Rochester.
