Slope side Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo in Breckenridge, CO
Beautiful “Studio” condo at Beaver Run Resort - Breckenridge. A true Ski In/Ski Out with direct slope to private ski locker access. Condo includes an upgraded king bed, comfortable queen sofa sleeper and other new furnishings. Dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, and full kitchenette. Downtown is only a 10min walk or take the FREE shuttle service to and from your destination! On-site restaurants, bar, apparel shop, and equipment rental. Even a kid's arcade room with mini golf.
There is a pool and hot tub exclusive to guests in our building (#4) as well as 6 other hot tubs and an in-door/out-door heated pool in bldg 3. Property has a work out gym area (with elliptic machine, treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights & some cable weights) a sauna, and steam room as well.
Parking in front of the building or inside the adjacent garage is available to all guests at $42/day - payed direct to the resort at check-in.

My wife and I live in Colorado and love the outdoors. Breckenridge is a favorite spot for us to enjoy all seasons. We enjoy all outdoor sport and love adventures with our yellow lab, Karma! We travel often to visit family and explore new places.
Why they chose this property
Spectacular skiing all winter/spring, relaxing summers and amazing fall colors to enjoy. Love our condo for both the amenities at the resort and close proximity to town. Enjoy a short leisurely walk to town for all its amazing shops and restaurants and if you get too tired...call for the shuttle to come give you a ride back to the condo. Wonderful SPA on-site for amazing massage and other treatments.
What makes this property unique
Free shuttle anywhere in town you want to go. This includes pickup service if you need. Simply call zero from the room and a van will pick you up at the front of our building or call the resort to request a pickup in town.
Resort has it all - restaurants, bars, spa, many hot tubs / pools, firepit, and even an arcade for the kids.
