If your desired stay spans our few blocked dates, and you are able to vacate, and return (work around them); we can request such accommodation, to meet your 60 night minimum.
Delight in your favorite Xfinity channel on the big screen, or enjoy your streaming videos, in the darkened movie room (or on any of 5 other TVs).
Indulge in reading, games, & discussion when you create your own ambiance from a generous selection of seating choices in the movie room, expansive greatroom, or one of the balconies.
The decor is welcoming and transitional without a trendy theme. Floors are either porcelain or vinyl plank, with many large, wool area rugs. There is an abundance of wall hooks and shelving throughout. The lighting is bright, white, and dimmable.
The bedrooms are alike in their accoutrements such as closet shelving, streaming+cable TV, floor fans, table outlets with usb, & bedside light dimmers. The master also has 2 rocking chairs and a lighted makeup vanity.
Three bathrooms have Toto combination toilet/bidets, rainheads & handhelds, in-shower grab bar shelves, and storage space. The master bath also has a ceiling heater, and a deep soak tub with air bubbles, jets, & flickering wall sconces. The powder (half) bath has a non-bidet toilet and copious (beach) towel hooks.
The laundry room houses the second refrigerator/freezer, an iron, clothes washing machine, several clothes hanging/drying options, and the energy efficient Heat Pump Dryer. Ample cleaning supplies are in the hall closet.
The kitchen has all the usual at-home pots/pans, casserole dishes, cooking utensils, cups, dishes & silver for 10, knife set and steak knives. In addition to a dishwasher, pull-out faucet, built in refrigerator/freezer, electric range, and microwave ~ there is a toaster oven & second microwave nearby. Other items are blender, Foreman, and crock pot.
Dining & laughter occurs at the expandable Dining Room table for 7-10, the pub table for four, and outdoors at the bistro for 4.
A hangtag for the car provides access through the 'driveway' security gate.
A security key (provided) gains admission to the lobby, where there are two elevators.
The entire home is occupied by the guests, only, with their own code to the front door.
The security key also provides access to property features such as the heated pool & hot tub, men's sauna & women's sauna, exercise room, table tennis, billiards, social room, and gated access to the beach.
Instacart has many store choices serving the home. There are 'grocery carts' and 'bellman carts' near the lobby door to borrow (& return), in order to move belongings or shopping via elevator, to the unit.
The bicycle storage area (though we do not provide bicycles) is near the recycling, as is a storage 'cage' for miscellaneous items (though we do not provide a lock).
There is a chute for garbage very near the unit front door, and a recycling station on the first floor, outside.
The parking lot has free, unassigned spaces and a drive-under carwash spray.
