Beautiful Oceanfront Condo- Crescent Shores - Privately Owned and Maintained

Our privately owned condominium is located in Crescent Shores which is an oceanfront resort in North Myrtle Beach. Lounge in the recliners in our spacious living room with huge windows which reveal a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. The extra large balcony, accessible from living area and the master bedroom, is located five stories above the pool and provides privacy from nearby units. Rocking chairs will draw you outside to relax and enjoy the view.

Our beach home is tastefully decorated in vibrant colors. The full kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances, all standard utensils and a new full sized washer and dryer.

The living area has a 50 inch smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and high speed internet. The master bedroom contains a king sized bed, marble whirlpool tub and flat screen TV. Each additional bedroom has two queen sized beds and flat screen TVs. All bathrooms have been updated with new fixtures.

Our guests may enjoy the outdoor pool, lazy river, two oceanfront oversized hot tubs, enclosed pool, and exercise room.

Parking is provided under the building and in our secure covered deck which is across the street.

Linens (except towels), Cookware, and Utensils are provided. We even have a crock pot!

Sorry No Pets, No smoking or vaping allowed on property including inside the condo, on the balcony or on the property. Crescent Shores is a smoke free property.

We are located close to All that North Myrtle Beach has to offer!

Family vacation

The condo was wonderful! Very, very spacious. Unlike other places that I’ve stayed at in North Myrtle Beach this is definitely the most updated in furnishings and appliances. The people in care of the building are very much on top of everything which I thought was great. Very secure building and condo.

Wonderful get-a-way!

We were very happy with our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and the view was amazing. It was within walking and driving distance to stores and restaurants. The owners were very gracious and responded quickly to our contacts. We would definitely stay there again!

Weekend stay

The property was great, clean and well maintained. I had forgotten to ask for an extra parking pass and Kathy and Bob had one delivered to me in no time. They are excellent hosts.

Birthday getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo had plenty of room and met all of our needs. Location was great, oceanfront was very convenient and easy access to pools, hot tubs and beach was great. Never a wait for elevators. The condo building was kept clean. The condo owners were nice and helpful with all questions. Check in was easy and checkout was too! Highly recommend this condo!! Thank you for a great long weekend with my family!! Until next time!!

Nice spring break

We were very pleased with the condo’s cleanliness and location. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs available so we wish we hadn’t packed ours. Overall great place to stay and would definitely book again!

Excellent Experience

The property was exactly as advertised. The check in process couldn't have been easier. The location is perfect and the condo itself is very clean and spacious. Unloading and parking was a breeze. Wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again.

Incredible Property!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect. Our only complaint, which was no fault of the owners, was that the pools and hot tubs at the property were closed all week. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Great weekend visit

We had a great weekend. The unit itself was extremely clean, though the extended property itself is undergoing some renovations which were not undergoing normal cleaning. Great stay, great unit and great host. One of the hidden gems of this unit is the external closet which helps you keep the sandy stuff outside. Really useful.

Girls getaway 2023

This was the second time we have stayed at this property and we were not disappointed. Everything was true to the pictures and we again were very pleased with the location of this property. We will stay here each time we go to Myrtle Beach if it is available!!!

Family vacay last week of July before school starts

Second year staying at a Crescent Shores condo. First year was a 4-BR condo during mid-October; this year a 3-BR condo July-Aug. Great accommodations. This condo however does not supply towels which is fine, that’s what Walmart is for. They have everything else though. Also reserved sets of beach chairs and umbrella for a couple of days from the Czech guy located right behind the condo. Can’t beat this offer. Highly recommend. Hope to rent from these same owners for future stays.

Awesome Condo!!!

It was an awesome get away for my family and I, condo was as advertised. It was clean when we got there, it had everything we needed and then some…..a few things it could use and it’s just minor things is a new set of pans, everything we cooked stuck to the pans no matter what we used, again minor. The views were amazing, and the amenities were top notch. Definitely will be staying there again.

Beautiful ocean view

This is our 3rd year staying at Kathy and Bobs’s place. The location and view can not be beat. We loved the ocean view! The check in process is simple and although the parking at check in can get crowded we were able to manage without too much trouble. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and the living room furniture very comfortable. I do think it might be time to update the mattresses as they are quite worn. We also had a bit of trouble with the elevator situation as they were making repairs and down to one elevator causing long waits to get to the unit but we heard this will be fixed by summer. Overall we find this condo to be family friendly and in a great location!

Wonderful experience at Crescent Shores condo

We had a great vacation while in North Myrtle Beach. Our condo was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. Good communication with owners and condo was exactly like pictured. They are working on elevators so that was a little aggravating but no fault of owners. We would defenitly stay there again. Perfect layout for a family With children. Very quiet too.
