We require a signed rental agreement and a photo of your government-issued ID matching the payment method on file after booking.
Insurance and Guest Verification: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, a mandatory insurance fee is included in your reservation cost. This insurance covers some incidents of bodily injury and some accidental damages. Please contact us if you'd like details on the coverage provided.
By moving forward and booking this reservation you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party service to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.
For stays of 21 nights or more:
- There is a monthly cap of $350.00 on utility costs. The booking guest is responsible for utility costs incurred beyond this cap
- For stays of 28 nights or more, we require a one-time additional insurance fee and a refundable deposit
- Guest has the option to either have periodic cleans during the stay or a deep clean at the end of the stay. Guest is responsible for the cost of additional cleaning.
Cancellations: We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance at booking, as we are not able to provide refunds for cancellations outside of our policy for reasons such as flight delays/cancellations, weather, injury, or illness. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our cancellation window. Please use this time to research the location with the provided address and finalize your travel plans. Refunds will not be considered outside of this window for any reason. If you choose to cancel your reservation, any applicable credit card fees are non-refundable.
House Rules
- Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- Parties and any disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing, and all guests must be included in your reservation. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the premises and/or removal from the booking platform. Refunds will not be considered in the event of a violation.
- If a lockbox is used, failure to return the key(s) to the lockbox will incur a re-keying fee.
- No RV parking.
- Pets: We are restricted to 2 small dogs only. Your pet(s) must be included in your reservation and is subject to a pet fee. Please pick up after them and do not allow them on the furniture or bedding.
- No tape or adhesive is allowed to be attached to the walls.
- Please be a courteous neighbor. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected unless otherwise approved by the host prior to booking.
- Please treat the home as if it were your own, report any damages immediately, and leave things as you found them. Booking guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file (if applicable) should damage occur during occupancy.
- If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it ASAP. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an unreported issue that we were not given the opportunity to address. By reserving our property you understand that while we do our best to ensure that the property is up to standard, please be aware that refunds will not be considered for ordinary wear and tear.
