Beautiful Home and Amazing Pool!

We make this our go-to location when we visit parents in the Villages. It has turned these trips into a true vacation when we stay in Betsy's home. The place opens up to the incredible pool and back yard view that we've really come to enjoy.

Gorgeous Home with amazing views!

This home is very spacious with a beautiful sunroom, lanai and pool to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the pond and gold course. Neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for walking. Town squares are easily accessible via golf cart for nightly entertainment. Can’t wait to return!

Golf course and pond view with amazing pool

The outdoor space really sets this home apart from other rentals in the Villages. Enjoy a massive outdoor area with privacy that many homes in the Villages do not offer. See the birds who frequent the neighborhood and pond close up while relaxing in the beautiful pool.

Amazing place!

Super happy that we stayed here. Loved everything about it! A beautiful house with everything that you would need. Safe, clean, and an amazing view from the pool. Florida living at its finest. Can't wait to stay here again the next time we are in Florida.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful visit to The Villages and our VRBO house was great. The house is well done and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. We all loved the easy access to all The Villages has to offer.

Family Thanksgiving

What a wonderful location for a family Thanksgiving getaway. The home was beautiful and the weather was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the lanai, and the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed to create a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The location was perfect for our golf enthusiasts. We played on 2 championship courses and one executive course. So happy with this home.

Beautiful Villages House, Pool and View

My wife and I stayed in this house for four weeks in October and November. We just missed Hurrricane Milton but The Villages was mostly cleaned up by the time we arrived. The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The interior was spacious and clean. The master suite had ample storage space and 2 separate vanities in the bathroom. The highlight of the house, however was the bonus Florida room and outside heated pool. We spent most daylight hours outside and ate all our meals at the table in the Florida room. Great view of the neighboring golf course and retention pond. We had daily visits from sandhill cranes, egrets, herons, cormorants and other waterfowl. We also saw a bald eagle perched on a flagpole next door, and an alligator swimming in the pond. The owner, Betsy, responded very quickly to the few minor issues that came up. All in all, we had a delightful month at this wonderful house and hope to return next time we come to The Villages.

The Perfect Vacation Rental

We have been staying at vacation rentals for 25 years. This is the perfect vacation rental. Clean, comfortable, well -equipped, great view, wonderful neighborhood, and excellent communications with the owner and property manager. We hope to stay here whenever we are in the area.

Perfect Retreat in the Villages

Stayed here while visiting parents in the Villages. It's a beautiful home with a great pool and location. I rented it several more times in the next 6 months for future trips! Liked everything about it and look forward to my November visit!

Nice place but do not recommend this property

The neighborhood was beautiful and very clean. However we had several issues with this specific property during our stay, first we had to contact the host for check in instrucciones because we didn’t receive any in advance, the pool was very cold and it took several days with multiple interruptions for the issue to get resolved, then the front door lock broke and we had more interruptions during our stay, almost every day we had someone come in because of an issue. For all of these issues the owner promised a refund of a day and never delivered it, claiming because we checked out late and the floor was not clean. The day of the checkout we took a bit longer because the garage door stoped working and we couldn’t get our car out. We did everything as per the check out instructions, no instruction said we had to clean the floors, specially when we were charged a cleaning fee. Overall, we recommend the area but not this property.

A Luxury Property

This home was amazing. It is in a very convenient location and my family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The property owner was extremely accommodating. It included a nice lighted/heated pool with nice views of a golf course and a lake. Highly recommended!

The house was great. We were expecting a second queen bed rather a fold out twin. But kids are flexible. We were with a large family group of 45 spread throughout The Villages and we were very pleased to have the common space and off street parking.

THE VILLAGES

I just wanted to say that the place is great. Walking in the front door was like it was our house. Ac was great. We all slept great. Pool guy came perfect timing we were on the patio with our coffee and we chatted. Would be nice if you had cable tv for easy viewing. I would pay more for that. All in all I would definitely come back. I just need to know how to navigate the cart path. Only one extra toilet paper roll there. We just made it. Thank God. Thanks a million I had a fabulous 60th birthday celebration. Thumbs up from this guy.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

I loved everything about this house. It was clean, and well kept. Everything you needed was there, even towels for the pool, coffee, cream and sugar, which is a plus since I like my coffee first thing in the morning. Definitely recommend this house. *****

First time renter at The Villages

This was a perfect house for my 3 month stay for my mother, my husband and I. The location was perfect and not to far of a drive to all the town squares where we would go to dinner or see live entertainment in the evenings. The lot and neighborhood is beautiful with a golf course pond in the backyard, creating a private setting. The house was clean and we had everything we needed supplied, even a cleaning lady who was very pleasant and did a thorough job. The swimming pool is solar heated and was very warm all the time. Which was necessary for Floridas winter months. Betsy, our host was very responsive to my calls and texts. She solved any issues I had and did it in a timely matter.

The Perfect place to enjoy the Villages

We’ve been to the villages numerous times to visit family and this was the perfect location. Close to everything and very clean the pool and view over the lake in the golf course make it truly relaxing and enjoyable time in the villages
