Das in Asheville ansässige Sweet Biscuit Carriage House ist ein zweistöckiges Cottage aus Backstein und Zedernholz, das sich perfekt für Familien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden eignet. Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus verfügt im Erdgeschoss über ein Wohnzimmer mit wandmontiertem HD-Flachbild-Kabel-TV mit DVD-Player, einer kompakten Stereoanlage, einer neuen voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler und einem Essbereich. Es gibt ein Doppelbettsofa, auf dem nachts ein Kind schlafen kann (volle Bettwäsche auf Anfrage). Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei identische Queen-Schlafzimmer und ein komplett renoviertes, modernes Gemeinschaftsbad mit Badewanne, Dusche und elegantem Waschbecken auf einer Granitplatte.
Das Carriage House bietet Platz für maximal 4 Erwachsene (zwei in jedem Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett) und 1 Kind (auf dem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa / Rollbett). Diese Unterkunft ist nicht für mehr als 4 Erwachsene geeignet. Bitte benachrichtigen Sie uns im Voraus, falls Sie das Sofa im Erdgeschoss als Schlafgelegenheit nutzen möchten, damit wir Ihnen volle Betten zur Verfügung stellen können (25 USD pro Nacht). Ein Pack'n'Play kann kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Das Carriage House mietet 219 USD pro Nacht, einschließlich der voll ausgestatteten Küche, in der Sie Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten können. Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich neben dem Sweet Biscuit Inn, einem Bed & Breakfast auf demselben Grundstück.
Frühstück ist nicht mit enthalten. Wenn es die Sitzplatzkapazität zulässt, können unsere Carriage House-Gäste zusammen mit unseren anderen Zimmergästen im angrenzenden B & B Inn ein Drei-Gänge-Gourmetfrühstück genießen. Wenn das Haupthaus ausgebucht ist, können wir keine Carriage House-Gäste aufnehmen. Dies gilt insbesondere für Wochenenden, Feiertage und den gesamten Monat Oktober. Der Frühstückspreis beträgt 15 USD pro Person (Kinder unter 2 Jahren essen kostenlos). Es ist ausreichend, sich am Vortag über die Verfügbarkeit zu erkundigen.
Hunde sind nach vorheriger Reservierung willkommen, sofern sie die oberen Schlafzimmer nicht betreten. Bitte keine Katzen.
Genießen Sie unsere freundliche und begehbare Nachbarschaft von Kenilworth. Es gibt jahrhundertealte Eichen, immergrüne Pflanzen, eine üppige Wiese, mehrjährige Gärten und einen Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück. Wir sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Biltmore Village und eine kurze Fahrt von der aufregenden Innenstadt von Asheville entfernt.

A warm welcome to Asheville

We arrived late after a last minute booking and Christian was very accommodating. He made us feel most welcome after our long journey. The hospitality was amazing. The accommodations were very clean and quite comfortable. Christian was so helpful with locating excellent food and any other services we needed. A very positive experience. The carriage house was darling and fresh. I believe the housekeeper said that the entire cottage had been renovated . The two bedrooms were perfection with high end linens and most tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was impressive. I would definitely book this property again. Cute Cottage

We enjoyed staying at the Carriage House for a long weekend. The location was convenient to a lot of things locally. Excellent place for those looking to stay and explore the local cuisine. The kitchen was sparse but had essentials for breakfast. The house was comfortable and Christian was very accommodating for our kids and dogs. Only complaint was a fan would have been nice for downstairs to help with airflow and keep things cool during the day.

Lovely carriage house in pretty, quiet neighborhood.

This little cottage was a perfect size for the two of us and our dogs. Good area for walks with them. The property is well maintained and cute. Shabby chic describes the living area, it was quite comfortable. The beds and linens were first rate. The Inn on the property and grounds are beautiful. Christian was an attentive host, but was not intrusive. I’m sure staying at his Sweet Biscuit Inn would be a treat to BnBers. We would stay here again.

Highly Recommend!

I stayed in the cottage this past weekend with some friends. We went for a "mom's weekend away" and it was truly a great experience. The hosts were extremely polite and pleasant and very hospitable. They made sure we had all we needed and provided some great recommendations of restaurants in the area. I would gladly rent this place again or the B&B that is on the same property. I highly recommend it to anyone considering it. The cottage is very small (thus, a cottage) but was very comfortable for myself and my 3 friends.

Susan Shah and John Meyer purchased the inn and adjacent Carriage House in their favorite Asheville neighborhood in January 2020. Susan was born and raised in Asheville. After graduating from Meredith College in Raleigh, she spent the next two decades working in hospitality with her family’s hotel business and commercial real estate and property management. Her passion has been hosting parties for family and friends. She’s happy to be back in the mountains near her family and excited to welcome guests who want to explore her hometown’s beauty and charm.

John spent his first ten years in Northeast Ohio before calling North Carolina his permanent home in 1986. An NC State University graduate, he worked in golf, landscaping and health care, before finding his passion in the kitchen. With a fondness for being in the mountains, John is excited to explore regional culinary traditions and call Asheville home.

The Carriage House is ideally located close to everything Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore House and Biltmore Village are less than 1 mile away. Vibrant Downtown Asheville filled with shopping, restaurants, music and great people watching is less than 2 miles away. The Blue Ridge Parkway and River Arts District are less than 10 minutes away. The two-story brick and cedar shake cottage with a full kitchen and a private patio is perfect for traveling families or a small group of friends. There are two queen bedrooms plus a daybed, kitchen, and living area. The comfortable cottage has a downstairs living room with an electric fireplace, compact stereo system, and wall-mounted HDTV with DVD player. The cottage is cooled with individual A/C window units in each bedroom and on the main floor. Children of any age and up to 2 dogs are allowed in the Carriage House.

Guests are free to enjoy their private patio or the large porch and gardens at the B&B.
