The Fleetwood is a fully furnished 3-story townhome featuring two bedrooms and 2.5 private bathrooms, located directly across from Starbucks. The designated desk space is perfect for working remote or listening to your favorite album on the turntable. Looking for a night on the town? Stroll downtown to experience Greenville’s award winning restaurant and bar scene. The fleetwood is located only .6 miles from Main Street! Perhaps a night in is more your speed? THE SPACE

Enter through a warm foyer and climb one flight of stairs to a sun soaked open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining, and living space. A covered back porch and designated work space also boast ample area to spread out and work/relax. The open staircase will then lead you to the third level featuring two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, plus a laundry area. The Master bedroom offers a luxurious hotel inspired King-sized bed, tile shower, and walk-in closet. The Guest bedroom offers the same comforts in a queen with a walk-in closet and bathtub/shower combo.

The Fleetwood is located only .6 miles from Main Street and is adjacent to Starbucks. It is central to Unity Park, The Commons, Southernside Brewery, Lewis Barbecue, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail!

Perfect Home and neighborhood

Overall, we had a rejuvenating, perfect weekend in Greenville at this home. Owners were superb with communication and home is magazine ready and extremely cozy. Don't think twice, go ahead and book for your getaway.

Great stay!

This was our first time visiting Greenville. The city was great but our visit was made even better by staying at the Fleetwood. The decor was right out of a magazine and we had all the amenities we could have wanted or needed. Much better lodging than staying in a hotel. Chase was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

Fleetwood fun!

We had a wonderful time as a family staying at the Fleetwood. Located conveniently to downtown, very nicely decorated. Our host was helpful and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay.

SEC Weekend Getaway

this is one of the most impressive VRBO places that we have ever stayed at. From the initial communication to the checkout procedures everything ran so smoothly. The VRBO itself was gorgeous and well stocked for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

Great location, with space, for exploring Greenville

The townhouse is located just beyond the central downtown district - close enough for a decent walk into town or a quick 1 minute drive. Well appointed (best spice cabinet we’ve ever seen in a rental!) with plenty of space for our family. The surrounding area and homes were very quiet - we never saw or heard another neighbor. The decor was as pictured and the beds were extremely comfortable. Note: parking is in a nearby retail lot just in front of the complex. Easy to unload your car near the townhouse but worth noting. We would stay here again.

Great experience

Such a smooth check in and easy to communicate with the host. We are in the middle of home repairs and it was so nice to see a festive christmas tree upon arrival. Everything was clean and perfect! The beds so comfy! We will stay again if needed in the future .

Felt just like home

Wow! My friends and I spent a night in Greenville and absolutely loved the townhome. So clean. So well decorated….even a beautiful Christmas tree. Very close to downtown. We walked downtown in the day and it took us less than 20 minutes. Chase was super responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

I was extremely impressed by how nice this home was and the photos online don’t do it any justice! It was exactly what I needed and I especially enjoyed listening to Adelle on the record player that perfectly matched the vibes of this home. The host was more than responsive and communicative throughout my stay as well. Highly recommend and would stay here again! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chase was an amazing host!!! He was always very supportive for answering all my questions and helping us get through the storm/power outages due to Hurricane Helene. Everything was fully stocked and the only thing you had to purchase was food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Townhouse

I can’t put into words how wonderful this stay was. First, the location was perfect, it is so close to downtown yet quiet. Starbucks next door a plus!! We came for a wedding and every event space/location was a 5-7 minute drive. Second, The downtown is simply amazing….. how many cities have a gorgeous waterfall and park right in their downtown with shopping and restaurants galore? Third, the townhouse itself is a little haven. Every detail has been thought of. From the well stocked kitchen, to the smart TVs, very comfy beds, big bathrooms with toiletries supplied, games, books, lots of blankets and the balcony, all was beautiful and perfect. We even needed a bandaid and there was a first aid kit in each bathroom, which saved us a trip to a drug store. Chase is a great communicator as well. Can’t wait to go back to Greenville and stay here!

Greenville visit

Great little place to stay near downtown Greenville. The VRBO was immaculate with a very well stocked kitchen. Great patio to relax in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very nicely furnished. It was a little tough getting our luggage to the third-floor bedrooms And parking across the street in the Starbucks parking lot was not nearly as inconvenient as I thought it may have been. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay at The Fleetwood

Chase was super responsive, provided great detail, and was flexible. The property was first class. Not only is a beautiful place that's well decorated, Chase paid great attention to the details with towels, linens, toiletries, games, books, and even record player with some cool vinyl albums! Also, the property is 5 minutes from downtown Greenville and minutes away from some of the best BBQ I've ever eaten (that's saying a lot for native Carolinian!) All-in-all, this was one of the best vacation rental experiences our family has had. Thank you Chase for being a great host!
