Looking for a quiet, secluded, pet-friendly gathering spot for up to 13 guests and 2 dogs? You’ve found an amenity-rich oasis within 5 miles of Weko Beach, Grand Mere State Park, Captain Mikes Fun Park, wineries and breweries, and more. Your group will have a great time enjoying the firepit, grill, fenced backyard on a lush acre-plus lot, TVs, and game room. You’ll love the spaciousness of this 2,492-square-foot gem and the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and easy parking.

Enter via keyless entry and step into the spacious living room, where the plush sectional lends itself to conversation and the large TV awaits your selections.

You’ll enjoy a charming window view as you prep and cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Or step out onto the deck and grill your meal. Dining for 10 in the dining area with a six-top table and four undercounter stools.

A game room/lounge area offers a game table, one overstuffed leather recliner, a couch, and a Tornada foosball table.

Outside, discover a lush, green yard with a large, fenced area, where you gather the group on Adirondack chairs around the firepit.

Whether your day has been relaxing or filled with activities and experiences, you’ll find an impressive selection of bedrooms when it’s time for rest. All offer sumptuous linens and storage space. You’ll find a king bed in the striking master bedroom on the main floor with storage and ensuite bathroom providing an oversized tub (no shower). Across the hall, discover twin-over-full bunk beds. Two more main-floor bedrooms are at your service, one with a queen bed containing handy storage drawers underneath and one with a set of full-on- full bunk beds.

Refresh and rejuvenate in the downstairs bathroom with tub and shower.

Upstairs you find a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub-shower combo.

You’ll love the convenience of a washer and dryer.

This property requires a deposit and rental agreement to be signed.

For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate you staying with us.

* Your safety is our main concern and our insurance will only allow a MAXIMUM OF 13 GUESTS, including infants and toddlers. * You must clean your own dishes, otherwise, a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. * Please do not wear shoes inside the home. * Please turn down the AC/heat when you’re away. * No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown. * Check-in is at 4 PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 10AM. Guest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice. * Please observe quiet hours from 11 pm-8 am out of respect for our neighbors. * There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of them safely. * If you bring a dog, you are responsible for picking up any dog waste inside and outside the fence. * No glass at or in the hot tub. * There are ring security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them. * The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods. * For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin. * If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP. * Please keep pets off furniture/beds. It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls, etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket. No video productions without written consent from the property owner. Wooded areas and areas outside of the immediate lawn may contain poison ivy. Please stay in the yard for your own safety.

The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons.

In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent.

While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately.

Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection.

Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement.

Renter is aware that this is a release of liability and a legal contract and signs it (or electronically agrees to) of Renter’s own free will. Please have safe travels, and contact us with any questions you might have. We look forward to having you stay with us!

Renter must be 25 years of age at time of booking.

All the comforts of home!

Thanks for three comfortable nights in a generous size house for our high school tournament of guests. With our time-line we didn't have much time to explore the area. However don't miss Downtown Saint Joseph for a quaint shoping and great dining options plus historical sites and landmarks. experience...plus lots of history & scenery

Girl's Trip

We had a great time, property was clean, well stocked, and organized. Would stay again! Bunk beds might need some attention, the girls that slept in those rooms said they were creaky and would make a lot of noise with even the smallest movements.
