Located only 3 miles to downtown Arroyo Grande Village, 8 miles to SLO airport and 10 miles to downtown SLO and Cal Poly. Convenient proximity to countless wineries, hiking, biking, beaches.
Enjoy beautiful views, wide open skies and the sounds of owls and coyotes with friends by the fire pit before retiring for the night in your private spaces.
1 dog is OK in apartment.
The Airstream site is located a few hundred feet behind the apartment. Both setups are completely self sustaining, offering the ability to both share time with friends and find privacy and quiet time when you prefer!
Apartment: Sleeps 2 (Queen size bed). Full bath.
Airstream: Sleeps 2 (Queen size bed). 3/4 bath and amazing outdoor shower.

You'll enjoy our highly reviewed (5-star) 1 BR/1BA above garage apartment and patio along with our private and fully fenced in Airstream experience, featuring a brand new 22-foot Bambi with deck and outdoor shower. The Bambi is a very short walk from the apartment. Both the patio and the Airstream area have firepits and grills. Both living spaces are equipped with all of the amenities necessary for a high end experience in a rural setting.
