Boho 405 - DI Home Rentals

Boho 405 is a brand new build, centrally located in Cowboy Country. Whether you're coming in to cheer on our Cowboys, visit family or attend one of the many events Stillwater has to offer, you can enjoy your stay at our chic 1 bed/1 bath home. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the living room has a queen sleeper and a stacked washer/dryer is available. The home is walking distance from downtown, several eateries and is less than 2 miles from OSU campus.

Coming in with a larger group? The property next door to the east is also one of our short-term rentals.

Other things to note:
The south end of the property backs up the the city recycling center. Guests have told us that the business opens early on Saturday mornings. Ear plugs are provided if noise is an issue.

We are currently working on the aesthetics of the location. We purchased multiple properties at once and are rebuilding them one at a time.

Very clean and newly remodeled home

The description of the place was right on. Very clean, fresh and welcoming home. The beds were very comfortable, even the hide away bed. All the bedding and blankets and pillows had fresh clean scent. The host had great communication and was very accommodating with an easy and fast check in. The price was great!! The location was the only downfall with all the noice. But the owners were very up front with that in their description and we went there knowing that. It was nice to be able to walk downtown.

Weekend Trip to visit son

We usually stay in a hotel but decided to try a VRBO this time - so glad we did! This is the perfect place. It’s cozy and clean and has everything you need. It’s a good location - just a quick drive to anywhere you’d want to go while in Stillwater. Communication was quick and easy and check-in/check-out process was simple. The attention to detail is just perfection. We’ll stay here anytime we are back!

Visit to Daughter at OSU

The Dearingers were great hosts in this cozy house close to the OSU campus. This place was just right for me and my wife to visit our daughter living on campus. The two of us had everything we needed and had plenty of room to hang out with our daughter before she returned to her dormitory. The location is great for getting around Stillwater and being close to campus. Despite having only one bedroom and one bath, the house felt full with its nice renovation and great appointment of furniture and those little things often overlooked. We’ve stayed at several places around town, but this is definitely one we will look to return to. Until then, thanks again!

Cutest little house in the neighborhood

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this house, and it was just as perfect as the first time! I have also stayed in the larger house next door that is owned by the same folks. The exterior is just darling, and the porch lights were lovely, and they were left on for my arrival. Upon entering, the house smelled so clean and inviting. All of the furnishings and decor were simple but comfy - very boho chic - the kitchen is large and has new appliances, the bedroom carpeting is gorgeous and so soft! The bed was very comfortable and looked so beautiful with the way it was "dressed" - soft, layered blankets and throw pillows - perfect place to relax & unwind. The bathroom is also beautifully done and very clean! There is a stackable washer as well which is such a nice convenience while traveling. I cannot say enough good things about this house - inviting, smells so nice, great location, and relaxing! Definitely my go-to when visiting Stillwater.

Graduation Greatness

The property is fresh, darling, surprisngly spacious and just right for 2 adults and a little one (if needed). The instructions were thorough and easy. Proximity to campus is close enough for sure. The small, thoughtful touches reflected the attention to detail at the property and in our communications.

Wonderful accommodation

Very cozy and homey. Was initially worried about nearby construction but it was shut down well before bed time and had not started before I left the next morning. Central location close to EVERYTHING I needed to get to. Will DEFINITELY stay again.

Small n Cozy

It was a 1 night stay for a concert at The Weed. Very clean place and the location worked well for us, since we were only there for one night. There is a new construction going up right beside but we were up early enough their noise did not matter. We will stay again if we are back in Stillwater.

Cozy Cottage

What a gem! After being on the road for weeks we needed a break from hotels and were glad we picked this place. The hosts are thoughtful, quick to respond to questions. The kitchen/bathroom are well stocked. Very comfortable. This will be on our must stay list for future trips.

Simply beautiful!

Small, adorable house with tasteful decor! The house smelled so clean & inviting, furniture was comfy, kitchen & bathroom were updated with beautiful decor, and the flooring was absolutely gorgeous throughout. The bedding was so comfortable & inviting and lotions, soft fragrant towels, soaps, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and room sprays were top notch! The owners were great about communicating with me before arrival and responded quickly with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Cute cabin in convenient location

The cabin is in an older neighborhood but is new, as is the next door property. The street is quiet and peaceful. The recycling plant behind the property was very active for an hour in the morning, then it was quiet the remainder of the day. The house is spacious and modern, the bed and sofa sleeper are comfortable, and the bathroom is very nice. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions and were great to communicate with. Our family would stay here again on another Stillwater trip!

weekend wedding stay

This little house is absolutely perfect for a couple, well-stocked and conveniently located. We had no idea there was a beautiful park to the south with another one just south of that. We loved walking there everyday. This will definitely be our first choice next time we need to stay in Stillwater.
