Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun or to do remote work on the screened patio. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental home in Deltona has a fully equipped kitchen, a private heater salt water pool, and is close to major highways leading to many world class tourist attractions. Deltona is the central area - only 30 minutes to Daytona Beach - the world’s most famous beach & 45-60 minutes to Disney & Universal.
As soon as you step in to the 1,765 sq. ft. house, you're welcomed by the very stylish living area. This is a comfortable house suitable for family. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the house very bright during the day.

The house offers a fully equipped kitchen to include: microwave, stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker (complimentary coffee & tea), blender, small George Forman grill, toaster, electric wine opener, wine glasses. Pots/pans, silverware, and children dishes.

Lovin' the Pool

As others have said, the property was exceptionally clean and easy to 'move in'. The host was prompt with instructions and made herself available if needed giving the renter a secure feeling that any potential issues would be quickly resolved.One of the bonuses, in my opinion, was a limited number of trinkets or clutter, thus making packing to leave easy. One could clearly see any items lying about that could have been overlooked in an overly decorated house.The 'greeting booklet' was informative and well presented. Smyrna Beach was our choice for ocean visits . . . uncrowded with a smooth sandy surface. Nearby preserves also gave insight into the local environment and gave access for picnics and trail walking.We thoroughly enjoyed our week without ever uttering 'if only' and wishing for some additional item or place to enjoy. The pool was a fantastic end-of-the day place to unwind and relax. Excellent memories for us in so many ways.

Property was awesome, everything that is listed is very accurate! Loved the pool and location. The only downfall, the house is on a fairly busy street so you can hear traffic in the mornings and evenings. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! Would definately stay here again!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

We had an incredible stay at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The hosts went above and beyond with all the little details, making sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and seamless.One of the highlights was the heated pool—it was absolutely amazing and made our trip even more special. Amazing pool

We loved this open concept space with beautiful pool area and master suite. The only downside is it is on a busy road, and the master shower could use an update. Otherwise, it was well stocked with all essentials!

The home was in a nice neighborhood, easy to find and enough space to park on. We loved the home it was clean, and stocked with everything you could need. The pool was definitely the best part of the home warm for the 60s unfortunately we stayed while there was a cold front so the temperature dropped to the 50s it was too cold to use. Communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

This property was immaculate and well-stocked as advertised. The pool is amazing! Love the Adirondack chairs in the shallows. We went out our last night to La Strega Bistro as was recommended in the booklet left for us. OMG! So so good!!!

Family Fun Florida Trip

Description of property is accurate. Beautiful, comfortable beds, pool is 89 degrees and conveniently located. 30 to 45 minutes (depending on traffic) away from beaches and Orlando attractions. We definitely will be back!!

Very nice place

We have stayed numerous places and this was one of our favorites. We absolutely loved the pool. We also loved everything that was supplied to us. We haven’t always had the towels, shampoo, conditioner, and many other things supplied. We didn’t need them, but there was a highchair and a pack and play in a closet. Everything you need for a great vacation is supplied. We loved this place.

Beautiful and Clean, with heated pool

My mother is one of the pickiest people to travel with... we booked it without her input though, and she arrived to the property prior - I was worried... but when they arrived, all .y mother had to say was "the place is amazing". We were here for Christmas and there were decorations on the fireplace, and the neighborhood was lit with cheer. The house was clean and we barely wanted to leave to visit family! The pool - omg it was amazing. Hot waterfalls poured in hours of the day and heated the pool to at least 80s or maybe 90s. It was like a bathtub. Just be caref arriving at night, my mom walked right into the shallow end without realizing because she didnt see that the chairs were IN the shallow end LMAO Also Yvonne was quick to reply and help with anything we needed - just saying.

Wonderful home with amazing indoor pool

We stayed in November and had family over for an early thanksgiving dinner. The house is immaculate, it couldn’t be any cleaner. They have everything you need for cooking and cleaning during your stay. The home is conveniently located near I-4, it is on a busy street but we knew that when we picked it. Great place to stay In Deltona. We will definitely stay here again since our grandchildren live in the area.

We had to change our traveling at the last minute(moving them up) The home we originally reserved was not available I jumped on VRBO and booked this place. I’m very happy we did. Great location (near family) well stocked with just about everything amenity you’d need. Would both recommend and book this property again.

Pleasant Weekend

Lovely renovated home located on a semi busy street. Plenty of room with a relaxing getaway feel. Pool is very child friendly as it has a shallow area where kids can sit and play. Home is within 10 minutes of stores and restaurants.

Yvonne has a lovely place and very responsive

Loved this updated home for our family of 4 to stay. The kids room with 2 beds was perfect for my twin boys, and there were even a few games for them to play. Beds were comfortable and pool was great for the boys to enjoy. We had one mishap with the sewer, and it was resolved and rectified by Yvonne. We are homeowners and understand things happen, so this is nothing against her home. The point is her quick response was appreciated. We would certainly stay here again.
