Pioneer Village is the "perfect" spot for your stay in Pawhuska. It is located 2 blocks from downtown-within walking distance of the Mercantile and other attractions. The 4 homes are newly constructed by JL&Associates-contractors of the Mercantile and Lodge. The cathedral ceilings and warm furnishings will make you feel right at home. The Village can house up to 16 people-perfect for a family gathering or a small group-with additional options available in close proximity. Come stay with us! Each home consists of two bedrooms and large bath. The open living space with cathedral ceilings will make you want to "kick back and relax" and enjoy your stay. We provide "extras" such as bottled water and Keurig coffee makers with coffee bar. Welcome to Osage County-#where the smiles are always free! Guests have the entire home to themselves. Hosts lives within close proximity of Pioneer Village. Pioneer Village is located only two blocks from downtown Pawhuska. The Mercantile and other attractions are within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood that offers many additional bed and bath options for groups or families. Walking distance to downtown. There is no public transportation available in Pawhuska-however we would be glad to help make arrangements from Pawhuska airport. Cute and comfortable

Four cute properties in the area. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Comfortable living space and great porches. Easily walkable into town. We really enjoyed our stay here and the quaint town of Pawhuska.

Wonderful

This was the perfect place for our girls’ trip. The location can’t be beat, within walking distance of downtown. Check-in was easy and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Fun Girls Weekend

We loved this house! Perfect location to downtown! Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking off the road, clean, spacious, and cozy! Very comfortable memory foam beds. We definately felt saf. Would highly recommend this home!

Great little cottage!

This house was very clean. The communication was great and check in and out was very easy. Highly recommend them! Great location for Pioneer Woman experience. Easily walkable.

Spacious and so clean!

What a fabulous respite from the Oklahoma winds (and heat.) We did enjoy the breeze as we sat on the front porch having a glass of wine. It was so quiet in the evening - which was wonderful. It would have been close enough to walk into the downtown area, but knowing how much shopping we would be doing, we always drove. lol. The house is very spacious and so comfortable! The whole house was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was right on the side of the house in a driveway (not street!) A few of the neighborhood cats were happy to have us there and we enjoyed their company while sitting on the front porch. This was the perfect place to stay for our mother/daughter trip to see The Mercantile and Pawhuska! We WILL be back :)

Wonderful homelike cottage.

Clean and comfortable with friendly host. Host made us feel at home. Check in and out proceedures were uncomplicated.

Sisters trip

It was a great stay, we throughly enjoyed our stay!! Michelle is a wonderful host, so easy to work with and very attentive. If we are in this area again, would definitely stay at one of her properties.

Comfortable, clean, cottage

The cottage is in a great, quiet, location just a couple blocks from the Mercantile and downtown shops. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Pawhuska rental

Everything was perfect with our rental! The place was immaculate and the host made it very easy to check in and out. We loved our stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent cabin in Pawhuska OK

We spent three in mid August. Cabin was neat and clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped, and close to several restaurants. It was a short drive to Tall Grass Preserve and Bluestem Falls.

From the time we arrived till the time we left everything went very smoothly. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Close to all the shops was definitely a plus.

Perfect House

This house is amazing. It is clean and has everything you would need, and then some. It’s accessible and the open floor plan was nice. We loved the concrete floors. Would love to have a cute little house like this. Everything was perfect.
