The perfect family vacation destination

The Space
This wonderful family-friendly vacation home has 2,400 square-feet of luxurious open living. Back yard oasis with heated pool, outdoor dining/lounging and waterfront hammocks. An abundance of waterfowl right in your backyard! PLEASE NOTE: the pool is not covered by a cage. Leaves and debris can/will get into the pool on windy days. We do leave pool skimmers on site for you to use, as needed.

Property is ideal for family vacations as it is located in a family neighborhood in close proximity to other homes with small children.

4 miles to the nearest beach! Centrally located with easy access to Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach.

Option to heat pool ($120). Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters. Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, instapot, air fryer, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $25.

Dining: Kitchen Counter with 5 stools. Dining room table that seats 6.

Poolside: Outdoor sectional sofa. Outdoor dining that seats 6.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool heater is $120/wk.

Games: Cards, Board Games, Pool Toys, Foosball and Ping Pong Table

Fishing Rods (4) and a basic tackle box is provided for fishing the many sandy beaches and/or the backyard!

The house was a great place to stay and very close to IMG! It is newly refurbished and so comfortable for 3 family’s to stay together. We had one issue with an appliance and the host was spectacular with communication and sent someone out right away! I would highly recommend Right away, dude go go this house for anyone!!! Supper clean comfortable and fun!!!

Wonderful home and outdoor space!
The home was very clean and well appointed with a grill, pool toys, sand toys, great outdoor furniture and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and small appliances. We were at the home for a week and the weather was cooler than normal but the pool was 85 degrees so we were able to swim comfortably all week long. A modest neighborhood but the neighbors were friendly and the location was great for beaches, close to Anna Maria Island and lots of fun things for families. The host communicated throughout our stay and even provided tips on where to eat and things to do. Highly recommend!

The house has been recently renovated/updated and is very tastefully done with many great amenities. The owners obviously take great pride in the property and do much to make you feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

The house had been recently remodeled and it looked very nice. They did a great job here. The pool was heated and nice but there are several trees surrounding it so I was constantly cleaning it out (could just be the time of the year). The house is not located in a very good neighborhood though, which I understand can’t be helped but i wish I had known beforehand. The other down side was that it took about an hour ever day to get to the beach due to high traffic. It was spring break so that could have been a factor but spending two hours a day driving too and from the beach was not fun. There was also a lot of lizards outside that my wife was not a fan of.

Worked Perfectly For Out Team In Town For A Conference
Our team loved this place. It was very well taken care of, clean, spacious and had a lot to do with the pool, kayaks, etc. there were plenty of rooms for us and we utilized the grill and kitchen for one of our dinners together and this helped create a “family” environment for our Team.

Wonderful trip
This was our 3rd trip to Bradenton. The house was wonderful. The house is a split level so there is no main floor bedroom or bathroom. We figured it from the listing so weren't surprised, its just a convenience we prefer. The house has 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The main living area is updated and open. The kitchen was fantastic and fully stocked with anything we needed. The back yard was a great retreat. It was definitely worth the money to get the pool heated. Plenty of covered outdoor comfortable seating. The neighborhood was OK. I wish we could've walked to a few more places but you are a short ride to so many wonderful beaches and areas. Lastly, the hosts made it a 5 star experience. They are great communicators and were quick to respond to any questions we had that the extensive welcome book didn't cover. They also offered several useful reviews and recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be checking out this and their other properties for a future stay.
