Welcome to the “Bikini Bottom” condo! This cute coastal unit is located in the Gulf Place complex of Santa Rosa Beach, FL... right on the Gulf of Mexico and the famous 30A strip. This sprawling 20 mile stretch offers you some of the best beaches on Florida's coast—filled with fluffy white sand, crystal clear aqua blue water and sunshine year round. This coast is also filled with array of different nature activities, water sports, leisure activities, charming beach towns, and delicious fresh seafood dining experiences. This is the most delightful spot to enjoy the sun, the surf and make some lifelong beach memories!
For those looking for a convenient, accessible, low-effort beach stay with custom touches, look no further–Bikini Bottom is a perfect set up for couples, small families, singles, remote workers and handicapable guests in need of a beach getaway that’s going to offer them the privacy and space of a home, but still has all the preferred amenities one would need on a beach trip..all the while being much more effortless than a large home. This is a 600+ square foot unit with 1.5 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a bright, open living room/dining room/kitchen. The patio is spacious and overlooks the pond, pool & has partial ocean views + views to the sunset. There is a king Therapeutic bed located in the master bedroom, two standard twin beds located in the bunk hallway, one queen pullout couch bed, one full size bathroom & one half bathroom.
Our unit is conveniently located in the Gulf Place complex where a variety of different businesses are just steps away such as coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, live music, bike rentals, beach shops, boutiques, corner market, liquor store, an open air arts market, etc. The complex offers a fun of mix amenities such as: swimming pools (heated during off-season), hot tubs, tennis & pickle ball courts, ponds with fish & turtles, an amphitheater lawn for playing sports with the kids or attending events. Golf enthusiasts will also be happy to find Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club next door as well. Gulf Place is also located directly across from the beach, one row of houses back– so guests can walk out to the beach in a matter of minutes through a private beach access path. There is also easy access to the sidewalk running along 30A for biking, running and walking, as well as a public beach access point if needed. Once you leave the Gulf Place area you will have easy access to the other 15 beach towns stretching across the 20 mile 30A strip, as well as larger beach cities like Destin & Panama City Beach equipped with airports and commercial shopping.
Gulf Place is an urban development located just steps away from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast. This 25-acre community has nature walking trails, ample green spaces with plenty of park benches, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, and palm tree-lined streets. Full-time residents and short-term vacationers alike can gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, and live music all in a laid-back atmosphere.
This is a wonderful & safe beach community accommodating for families, couples, retirees, and friends alike. The community is walkable to all amenities, beach access points, restaurants, and shops. This community does not attract the commercial masses from the larger beaches, or wild "spring breakers."
Gulfplace is located right off Highway 98 and directly on W County Highway 30A. It is easy to locate and parking is free and available to all our guests. Uber & Lyft is limited in the area, but there are plenty of private taxi companies available.

Strict Condo & Property Rules:
- No pets. There will be a $250 fine for an unauthorized pet.
- Service animals are permitted with proper documentation.
- No smoking in or on the property. There will be a $150 fine for breaking this rule.
- Minimum age requirement to rent: 21 yrs. There will be a $500 fine for breaching this rule due to liability reasons.
- No large parties.
- There will be an excessive clean rate of $50/hr charged to the guest for any cleans that take beyond 3 hours.
- Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Guests are subject to covering the costs of any broken, damaged or stolen items (including if you clear out all single-use cooking and household items from the kitchen).
- No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis allowed in parking lot.
- Limited only to the registered guests. Overnight visitors are not allowed.
- All guests must abide by Gulf Place community rules on-site and at all amenities.
- All guests must have one amenity pass on them when utilizing the Gulf Place pools. Passes are provided in the unit.
- Check In: 3:00 PM, Check Out: 11:00 AM.
Understanding the Extra Fees & Charges:
- Nightly Rates: the hosts adjust & set the nightly rates.
- Cleaning Fee: the cleaning fee is a portion of the total cost which the hosts pay the housekeeping staff.
- Service Fee: VRBO charges the guests 5% as a usage fee for their platform. This cost is beyond our control. (Hosts also have to pay our own service fees to VRBO).
- Occupancy taxes & fees: these are taxes and fees withheld from us by the state of Florida and Fort Walton County. These costs are beyond our control.
