Welcome to our cozy and romantic modern cabin newly renovated in 2021, located just 17 minutes past Lago Vista in beautiful Marble Falls. Our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin is the perfect retreat for couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
Located on 1.75 acres, this pet-friendly property is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Our cabin sits on a quiet dirt road in a private neighborhood, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of the area.
The cabin features modern amenities including a washer and dryer, electric stove, convection oven, complimentary coffee and tea, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Foodies will love cooking on the live fire Santa Maria grill, perfect for outdoor grilling and entertaining.
Take advantage of the fire pit on the property and enjoy a cozy night under the stars (please check for burn bans in the area before using).
Although our lakefront property is currently dry due to the drought in Lake Travis, there are still plenty of attractions in the area. Just a 4-minute drive away is the Flat Creek Winery, known for its acclaimed wines and delicious restaurants.
When you're ready to explore the area, take a trip to nearby Marble Falls (30 mins) and Cedar Park (30 mins). Marble Falls is known for its charming downtown area, antique shops, and art galleries. Cedar Park offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures, including hiking and biking trails, parks, and golf courses.

Water:
Our home is on well water. You will notice a slight sulphur smell but not to worry, it comes straight from a local quarry and is safe! We love good tasting water so there is a large water filter in the fridge.

Yes, it's a cabin. It's 640sqft designed for you to sleep and enjoy the outdoors.
Guests have access to the entire property.
This house is located 5 mins from Flat Creek winery and is near the end of a dirt road off Singleton Bend. The cabin is in a quiet & friendly lake side community where everyone knows each other. Absolutely no parties and strict noise ordinance please! Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am.
You will need a car to get to this location. The entire property is walkable but coming back from the water is a gentle uphill slope. It is recommended to be of decent physical shape to walk the hill from the shore.
Guests have access to the entire property except the non-occupied RV parked in the driveway.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills for any extended stays beyond 7 days.
Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and the property, we have exterior cameras actively recording video and audio of the porch, exterior parking, and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the cameras for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, cameras are not constantly monitored.

This is our personal vacation home that we love and have decided to share with others. You may see some of our belongings under the bed or in the pantry in addition to some condiments in the fridge. Mostly we will contain our private things in the shed.

Pest Control:

We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $100 for one pet for the entire stay. If you’re bringing a second pet, please let us know in advance—an additional fee of $50 applies for short-term stays or $100 for long-term stays. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge per pet. Thanks for understanding!
All guests are required to fill out a renter's agreement, upload their ID to confirm the reservation, and pay a $500.00 refundable security deposit.

Corporate Rentals USA by Hestia has carefully curated a selection of privately owned homes under the Hestia brand (she is the Greek Goddess of Hearth, Home & Hospitality) where you can really just bring your suitcase and stay a while. We love couches you can sink into, extremely comfortable beds an high speed internet.
It's important to me that you have an amazing extended stay in our gorgeous homes. I've thoughtfully planned everything from USB chargers, tea kettles, good cookware and extremely fun yet relaxing designs. We are professionally managed by a female staff and we are proudly women owned and operated.
Come and enjoy all that Austin has to offer! We have famous events like SXSW, Austin City Limits (ACL), Food and Wine Festival, F1 race and so much more! The city is still small but it's constantly bustling with lots of fun things to do. Explore the caves in Georgetown, the real dinosaur tracks in Leander, rent a party barge in Lake Travis, swim in Barton Springs, go on a BBQ crawl (don't miss Terry Black's or La BBQ!) or watch the sun go down at the Oasis. If you need ideas, never hesitate to reach out!
I've have loved hospitality since I was a teenager, having spent an entire summer as an intern at an international hotel in Hong Kong as a concierge. I love meeting people, showing people around and introducing others to different kinds of food. Food & travel are definitely my love language!
I gave up my corporate life to focus on my family and this business. It gave me the opportunity to really explore all the things that I love. Real estate, interior design, technology, business development and hospitality (all the while, giving me freedom to raise my kids and be more present).
