My name is Troy and I've been a long term landlord for over 20 years. My wife and I love to travel and just from our own great experiences, we feel our rental will have all the comforts you'd expect while traveling. Tempe is our home and I'm also a local business owner here for over 30 years.

This property is a modern, peaceful and comfortable new remodel (Dec '22) that has most amenities that you'd need. Walking distance to ASU and Downtown Tempe and only a 10 min drive to the airport & Old Town Scottsdale. Centrally located in the Valley, dog friendly with laundry facilities in a quiet neighborhood make this the perfect short term rental.
