Relax to Top-Floor OCEAN, SAND, & PIER VIEWS while sipping your coffee and listening to the waves in a QUIET and Gated BEACHFRONT community.

"Oceanside Oasis," a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beachfront condo located in the highly desirable gated community of San Miguel II, boasts stunning sit-down, Ocean, Beach, Pier, & Sunset Views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and of course, the balcony. Because we're on the TOP FLOOR, you can see the entire pier, as well as over 180 degrees of the majestic California coastline including the Oceanside jetties by the marina directly from the living room.

IMPORTANT: Oceanside Oasis is an Adults-Only property and not suitable for children. Also, 31-night minimum rental (per HOA). We only rent this property by the calendar month (for example, all of June), usually by checking in on the last day of the prior month and checking out the first day of the following month. Brand new (2025) Cafe kitchen appliances in our fully equipped kitchen as well as Dish TV and Netflix on our new (2025) 75-inch Micro-Led flatscreen in the living room.

Of course, the entire condo is fully stocked for your stay with dishes, utensils, pots, pans linens, and towels.

The primary bedroom has its own private bathroom (with tub), spacious newly built-out walk-in closet, NEW (2025), top-of-the-line ultra-comfortable King mattress, and a generous 50" flat-screen smart TV with Netflix.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed with a newer, comfortable, Sealy Posturepedic mattress.
Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, as well as living room and dining area (4 total).

Newer (2023) full-size WASHER/DRYER in the condo.

High-speed WIFI internet, supplied by 3 Google Mesh access points provides a great connection anywhere in the condo or balcony.

2 reserved parking spots in our underground garage parking (elevator), ensure that your vehicle is safe and secure during your stay.

Relax and unwind in one of our 2 Gated community Hot Tubs with Pier, Sand, Strand, and Endless Ocean Views.

Our home is within a very quiet, gated community and within walking distance of numerous Restaurants, Train Station, Historic Pier, Bike Trails, and a picturesque Harbor (with lots of restaurants, shops, and boat rentals), Downtown Shops, Museums, Star & Brooks Theater, Library, Movie Theater, weekly Farmer's Markets, Thursday's famous Sunset Festival, many Local Breweries, and various events at the beach.

Additionally, just a stroll down The Strand, where you can rent bikes, e-bikes, or the famous 4-6 seater Strand Beach Bikes.

A short walk to the Coaster train which will take you to Orange County, LA, or San Diego.
