Comfortable accommodations in a location convenient to the McKinney historic district. Also, easy access to major highways in to Dallas and surrounding communities.
We loved the decor and it had everything we needed. We were in town for a baseball tournament in Melissa and the location was convenient to all of his games. The host was great! Highly recommend.
Well kept property about 3/4 mile from downtown McKinney
Easy access to the house; the center of McKinney; the freeway going north of south
Fairly priced for the 3 adults who stayed there for 3 nights
We loved our weekend here. The house had everything we needed. Coffee pot, all dishes, extra blankets, clean bathrooms, cute decor. So responsive to our needs. Had a shower rod fixed while we were gone. Cute backyard as well. Highly recommend staying here.
We enjoyed a weekend in this cozy retro house! The 60's - 70s decor was so fun & added to the charm. We loved exploring McKinney and being within walking distance of the town. Thank you for sharing your home with us! :o)
We arrived at night so it was a little difficult to see the house number and at first we were worried about the location. But once we entered the house we found everything as described and the neighborhood pretty quiet. Adorable little house. Very clean and it had everything we needed, Didn't get to use the backyard but looks like it would be fun to roast marshmallows around the fire pit. All in all would probably stay again in the future.
Great place! Loved how close it was to McKinney square. Such great memories with Christmas decor all around the city! Our stay was everything and more! Clean, accommodating & so cozy on a cold December weekend! Would to love to stay again and even talked about it ;) Thank you!
Loved our time here! Really quiet area that felt like an oasis from the hustle and bustle of McKinney. Clean linens, updated furnishings, and everything was nice. We loved all of the bedrooms! Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was well equipped in case anyone wanted to cook. The backyard was perfect for families.
Would stay here again- easily one of my favorite VRBOs I’ve stayed in!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked, the property manager was very responsive to my emails, and the location was great. A short drive to historic McKinney. Would stay here again!!
The house is just as the pictures depict. Super cute and charming and the location is excellent for Downtown McKinney. The house was well stocked with necessities and communication with the property manager was excellent!
Overall we liked the property is was cute, but the owners are cheap and the place wasn't very clean. We found a medic syringe under the king bed. The homeowner had counted out and left very limited supplies: 3 dryer sheets, 3 tide pods, 2 trash bags, and 3 dishwasher pods for our week-long stay. There is No broom or vacuum in the house. The master bedroom, which is a converted one car garage, has an open electrical box and no smoke alarm. The backyard was beautiful and had firewood for the firepit which was our favorite part. The house is small and in a quiet neighborhood not to far from the historic district. I have very mixed feelings about this one. Given the cost I would have expected more amenities.
Great house with all amenities included. Nestled on a residential street, this slice of heaven was minutes to historic downtown McKinney. Our group of 5 adults enjoyed our stay and the cool 50/60’s vibe that was displayed throughout. If we are ever back to McKinney we will definitely book again.
the home was nicely decorated a homey feeling the backyard was very appealing and the arrangement of the bedrooms worked wonderful for our group. The neighborhood was quiet which made it pleasant. Easy access to where we wanted to go. We had every thing we needed but maybe a broom would have been helpful. Thank you Sharon
