"Seas the Bay" is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom, one-level detached home located within the gates of Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort on the Choctawhatchee Bay in the Fairways Community.

The coastal décor and large windows/sliders, make the living area and enclosed sunroom airy, open and welcoming with fantastic views of Choctawhatchee Bay, the Links Golf Course tee box #8 and the lakefront. Experience the quality, comfort, and beautiful upgrades throughout which include the conveniences of home. Fairways guests enjoy access to 2 seasonally heated Sandestin pools. The NEW zero entry Audubon pool across from Linkside Village (1/2 mile, 2 minutes from Seas the Bay) & Phil Hummel Aquatic Center, centrally located at the Baytowne Ave traffic circle.

Enjoy your own PRIVATE parking area directly in front of the home with enough room for 2 cars plus the included golf cart.

Sandestin Resort is the premier destination on the Emerald Coast spanning 2,400 acres to explore. You will enjoy more than seven miles of sugar white beaches and pristine bay front, 4 championship golf courses,15 world class tennis courts, a full-service marina with water sports, catch and release fishing, swimming pools, and 11 miles of walking, jogging or bicycling trails. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. Baytowne Wharf offers a great family experience including restaurants, shopping, children’s playground, zip line, arcade, and entertainment (seasonal). In the summer they have weekly fireworks! Grand Boulevard also offers more shopping and eateries. It's a short distance by bike, golf cart/car (8 minutes) ride to the emerald water and white sands with private beach access. Driving the golf cart to the beach avoids the busy US 98 traffic by way of a tunnel and makes it easier to find beach parking.

Rental and golf cart agreement must be signed following booking. We require an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present during your entire stay.
