The condo is three stories and features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus a third bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. There are ocean views from the rooftop observation deck, 2 car attached garage.

At ground level is the two car garage and a bedroom. The ground level bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo) and queen bed.

The living room, dining and kitchen space is on the second level. The living room has a large flat-panel HDTV, DVD player and digital cable service. Kick back in the oversize sofas (one makes into a queen sleeper sofa bed). The kitchen is a chef's delight well equipped with chef grade appliances to whip up taste morsels.

The master suite, on the third floor, has a king bed, TV with digital cable service and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The laundry center with a full size washer/dryer is also on the third floor.

A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck. From the rooftop deck you have big ocean, downtown and mountain views. The rooftop has a dining table for 4 guests.

There is parking for two autos in attached garage. Additional parking is available on neighboring public streets.

This property does not have air conditioning. No pets or smoking/vaping is permitted within 20' of the building.

The homeowner does have an exterior Ring doorbell camera located at the front door.
