Il nostro Charming Beach Cottage / Bungalow si trova a South Laguna Beach Village. Questo bellissimo cottage è stato accuratamente ristrutturato con cura. È stato ben mantenuto e pulito!

Pavimenti in bambù, soffitto con travi a vista, cucina gourmet in acciaio aggiornata con ripiani in granito e nuova lavastoviglie Miele. Soggiorno aperto con camino e zona pranzo che può ospitare sei. Ufficio privato completo con computer e piccola televisione a schermo piatto fuori dalla cucina. Nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice Bosch. Invitante patio anteriore con fontana, posti a sedere e mini vista sull'oceano. Patio posteriore privato anche con barbecue.

Leggera vista sull'oceano dalla camera da letto anteriore e patio anteriore. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Tutte le lenzuola fornite, compresi gli asciugamani da spiaggia! Le camere sono accoglienti, ma hanno un armadio adeguato!

Tre posti auto privati di fronte a casa. Cammina a pochi isolati dalle famose spiagge di South Laguna, come Table Rock e Thousand Steps. Ottimi ristoranti locali con raggiungibili a piedi. A pochi minuti dal centro di Laguna Beach. 1 miglio a sud del Montage e 2 miglia a nord di The Ritz Carlton and St. Regis Resorts per golf o Spa. 30 minuti a Disneyland!
Perfetto per una spiaggia di scappare con amici e familiari. Shopping per college, weekend romantici! Pavimenti in bambù, camino, lavastoviglie, microonde, caffettiera, fontana di fronte, 2 TV, ufficio, due patii, parcheggio assegnato, lavanderia interna, chiavi in mano. Le pulizie e il deposito richiesto.

Cute beach house in great location

We stayed for 6 weeks and truly made this our home. We can't say enough about our wonderful host Holly. She was always happily available to receive any calls and texts. Location is also great. There are places you can go that are walking distance but many things a short drive away...

Perfect Stay

This beach cottage was perfect for me. Cozy, clean, had everything you would need. Love this location in South Laguna. Restaurants nearby, great front patio, glad for the A/C as it was a hot week. This is my 2nd time renting this house..met all expectations

Great property, great location… close to beaches and restaurants and hiking trails. Groceries were a short drive. I can’t say enough good things about my stay. Owner, Holly, is incredibly responsive and warm. My stay was perfect and I’m looking to stay again.

Great little cottage

Great location, nice neighborhood, very close to the trolley and a couple of restaurants. My favorite restaurant was the Coyote Grill across the street. Holly responded to any questions immediately and easy to talk to. Thank you Holly, for a lovely stay.

Charming Beach House in a Great Neighborhood

This a lovely and charming house just a few blocks away from the beach in Laguna Beach. The neighborhood is very friendly and it is an easy walk to the beach and also to canyon trails. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. The owner is great, very responsive and helpful. They were happy to have our two dogs and the neighborhood and city are very dog friendly. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend it!

A perfect winter get-away!

This beautiful bungalow was the perfect place for our winter get-away. It was clean, well furnished and had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The bungalow was the perfect size for my husband and me and one or two of our children when they could break away from their busy lives in LA. We worked from home during the week and found the office space perfect for private zoom meetings. We all enjoyed the easy access to hiking trails and the beach access is just a quick walk and down some steps. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful and the sunsets are stunning. There is a fun taqueria with a great happy hour that we enjoyed on our way back from the beach some evenings. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they had a great time, too. It is a very dog-friendly community with a great dog park not too far away. The owner of this bungalow is kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I can't imagine a more perfect place to escape to during the winter.

Perfect beach getaway!

I would give Holly's place a million stars if I could. The location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was a wonderful place to work and take a long sunset walk at night. I worked from home during our month-long stay and the neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. Holly was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful cottage

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The cottage was roomy well-equipped and the Location was excellent. Beaches nearby! 1000 steps was an adventure for those of us over 60. Lol

Charming So Laguna Cottage

Neighborhood is lovely, perfect for sunset walks with my dog. Adorable little park close by and short walk to beach. This is a cozy little cottage with a perfect layout. Every detail is well planned. Loved the kitchen and bath, French doors and windows, beautiful lighting, front and back patio areas. Charming beach house ambiance was just what I wanted for my month in Laguna. I'll be back, thank you Holly!

Great Beach House

This is a darling beach house, well maintained and great location. Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Holly is an awesome owner and extremely responsive to any questions you might have. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

Lovely, welcoming home in south Laguna

We had a wonderful stay in this sweet home. So easy to check in and we felt at home immediately. The home is thoughtfully decorated and just easy to be in. Loved the peek-a-boo ocean view from the master! Beds super comfy. Office was a bonus since one of us still had to get some remote work done. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is fabulous - perfect for a stroll and a quick walk to the beach. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great vacation home

Absolutely loved our stay. Great location, close to the most beautiful beaches (1000 Steps is our favorite) We have been vacationing in Laguna for over 20 years and this has been one of the best Airbnb’s we stayed at!

Lovely cottage - two blocks off PCH/Hwy1

This was a great place to stay. The two bedrooms are relatively small, but there was Graco crib available for us to use for little ones. The house is two blocks above PCH, and the beach is just another couple blocks down - easy walking distance to some of the hidden gems of Laguna Beach - less crowded small coves with tidepools and lovely views. Laguna Beach runs a free trolley in the summer, with a stop two blocks from the house, which was a HUGE hit with toddlers.

Perfect for the two of us!

This cozy and well appointed beach Bungalow was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Holly was a wonderful host and we found the property spotlessly clean and well appointed. It’s just a short block or so to the beach as well as one of the best Thai restaurants that I have ever experienced. We will most certainly be back again. Thanks Holly for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Beautiful, Quiet Location, Well Equipped

Beautiful and well equipped. We had a minor plumbing issue and the owner was more than helpful, staying in touch with us as she was returning from an overseas vacation. It was so lovely to be in South Laguna Beach in a quiet location away but convenient to Laguna Beach proper.

The perfect bungalow!

If you need a quiet, comfortable retreat close to everything, this bungalow is for you. Beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out for guests, it was perfect. Thank you, Holly for sharing your charming piece of heave with us!! We wanted to stay longer ❤️

Perfect beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little bungalow. It was clean, decorated so cute, and had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of towels, kitchen stuff, and chairs to enjoy the beach view. We were able to take a short walk to thousand steps beach one morning and it was worth every step. We will definitely be back to this house again!!
