'Pirate Villas' is een privévilla met 3 verdiepingen aan het water op North Ambergris Caye. Gunstig gelegen op slechts een mijl ten noorden van het centrum van San Pedro Town in een van de meest exclusieve gebieden in Belize, Tres Cocos Area.

De onderste eenheid omvat een kingsize bed, met de hand gemaakt door een lokale vakman uit exotisch Belize-krijgershout, woonkamer met nieuwe comfortabele bankstel, volledige keuken, met Franse deuren naar een eigen privézwembad met op maat gemaakt Belize-hardhouten dek, 40 "flatscreen kabeltelevisie, wasmachine / droger en een op maat ontworpen badkamer.

Onlangs gerenoveerd in 2016 met exotische Mexicaanse kleitegels binnen en buiten met een warme mozaïekafwerking in de hele villa. Draagbare WIFI voor gebruik op onroerend goed alleen inbegrepen voor uw gemak.

Dompelbad: koel af met een tropische eilandcocktail in uw privé 5 m diepe dompelbad met geweldig uitzicht op de zonsondergang net buiten het dek op de begane grond.

Onze bodemeenheid is perfect voor één stel. Tweede eenheid is gereserveerd voor eigenaren. Eigenaren zijn zelden thuis dus je hebt privacy.

Pirate's Treasure Restaurant & Bar: Gelegen aan de ingang van het pand langs de weg, op 400 m afstand (van de villa) biedt de beste Caribische keuken die gespecialiseerd is in Lionfish-recepten, open om 16.00 uur en keuken sluit om 23.00 uur. Een leuke plek waar toeristen en locals voor een geweldige tijd samenkomen.

Wij nodigen u uit om bij ons te blijven en een geweldig verblijf te hebben in uw privévilla aan het water en genieten van heerlijk eten, cocktails en leuke tijden in ons restaurant en bar met ons vriendelijke personeel.

Great stay at Pirates!

Really enjoyed our time here. Just out of the way enough to feel like your own private oasis but close enough to everything so running out for anything was a breeze. Maresha was super helpful, on top of making sure our stay was top notch she also hooked us up with a golf cart rental for getting around and helped us arrange a private snorkelling trip. Would definitely stay again.

Great little apartment.

Nice place with good location. Excellent management. No sign of crocodiles - we were hoping to see one. Plunge pool isn't heated so, a little too cool to use in January. Excellent SCUBA in Ambergris Caye.

We were very comfortable. If you're looking for affordability and basic needs met, this is a good choice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have long hair so a strong shower is important to me and the water pressure was excellent. Pool was ice cold in Jan but it was nice to look out onto it and the lagoon from the kitchen window. The owners mom works there and is the nicest lady ever. Many precious kudos to her.

We loved Pirate Villas. Check in with Janet was a breeze. She was friendly and helpful. On day 2 we met the owners, Maresha and Jason. They were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed and even invited us upstairs for Christmas dinner. It was so fun and Maresha is an amazing cook! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Great location and beautiful comfortable unit with private pool. We were provided with free bottled water throughout the stay. The bathroom was well appointed and had everything we could possibly need for our stay including sunscreen and women's toiletries (which I forgot to pack). The owners live in the unit upstairs and they respected our privacy. However, we also appreciated having them there because they were easily reachable for any concerns and they gave awesome recommendations as needed on local hot spots to check out and things to do. They were superhosts that went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. If returning to Belize I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay -- very quiet, just a 10 minute drive to town and 30 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach. Was booked with the thought the restaurant out front was still open but sadly that was not the case. Great communication with property manager. Even checked on us in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything.

Waterless vacation

Very dark with several structures along the driveway. Situated on a lagoon which has crocodiles.. there are no warning signs posted nor is there any mention in the 3 ring binder compiled my the owner.There were no boundries. The owners mother knocked on the door to either turn off the water or check on the water several times a day

The location from town was perfect, and the setting was quiet and private. The host was very nice, met with them when we checked in and then they stayed away. Had a problem with the TV and it was fixed right away. We will definitely be staying there again. When you go to San Pedro use Helen's golf carts.

Great location, private, easy access to San Pedro without the hustle and bustle of downtown/in town. The only complaint is that it is on its own well water, and the shower/stool/sink water smells of Sulfur. Other than that, it was a great location, we really enjoyed our week’s stay.

The villa is spacious and very well appointed. Super comfortable couches for lounging, and the bed is comfortable. Only a few blocks from town, but quiet and tranquil. The plunge pool is refreshing and sunset views are stunning. The owners were super responsive as was the caretaker. Highly recommend Pirate Villa.

The perfect, just out of the way suite for a solo or couple.

Excellent communication from pre booking questions, check in, very kind host/ess. A small issue was dealt with immediately, nothing that was a big deal, the kind host/ess who was onsite partially during the stay did a quick day 1 check to ensure I had all I needed and everything was ok. The visit was well timed and well executed. This unit is North of the bridge by just a bit, so close to nice coffee shops, meal options and if one wants to get right into town it is very easy. Great shower, comfortable bed, lovely plunge pool, quiet, well designed unit. A great little bird watching locationwith the mangrove and waters edge area. The unit is new, I look forward to seeing the landscaping as it evolves when I return as it seemed to be work in progress. One thing: The unit needs a place to hang clothes, that was the only thing I could have used as I like to hang my clothes when it is very humid.

Excellent location and value

Check-in was a breeze with keys hanging in the door. Janet, Sylvia, Brandon and all the remaining Pirates staff are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the Island. Pirates Villa is conveniently located close to San Pedro Town night life and restaurants but outside the "loud zone". Definitely recommend Jason and Marisha's place to solo and couples as well. I will stay here again.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at Pirate Villas. The location was perfect as we could go into town easily or make the short trip to Secret Beach easily. The space was plentiful for the two of us. I especially enjoyed the plunge pool after a long day out exploring. The view of the lagoon was perfect as well! We would definitely stay here again! We were greeted warmly every day by staff attending to the property. And we especially liked that we’re were not in a resort and got more of the true feel of being on Ambergris Caye.

Beautiful location

Great location on the lagoon north of the bridge. We spent quality tim we in the very private plunge pool and deck. Absolutely beautiful sunsets. We didn’t even need the air conditioning due to the constant breeze. Bed was firm and comfortable. Villa had everything we needed. Brandon even came by with coconuts for us.

Check in was delayed 2hours, because no one was at the property at check in time. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and relaxing. The water in the bathroom is well water and has a sulfur smell, a cooler with purified water was provided. The plunge pool was a plus.

Perfect spot to stay!

We are in are 50’s and have traveled to AC many times. My best friend and I stayed for 5 nights. This villa is so perfect in regards to location, price, and views. We had our coffee on the deck every morning, the views of the lagoon side are gorgeous!! Very private, clean, and quite. The plunge pool is amazing for two people!! I would have no complaints, except no A/C in bedroom. Bring lots of bug spray!! Thank you to the owners for an awesome stay!!

Tres Cocos is Unbelizeable. It is one of the most exclusive areas on Ambergris Caye. It is a short walk to San Pedro Town as well as many restaurant, bars and markets. Belize is the only English speaking Country in Central America, which make it great when communicating with the locals. The 2nd largest barrier reef in the world is located 1/2 mile off the coast of Ambergris Caye. The people on the island are very friendly and helpful. Belize has lots of activities and adventures to experience.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

The villa is nestled in the perfect location on the island, away from the bustling town yet close enough to most entertainment in the well sought after Tres Cocos Area. A 10 mins golf cart ride to the center of town. Our rental space is waterfront, lagoon side, perfect for Sunset Views and enjoying nature whilst birdwatching, colorful large resident iguanas playing and feeding. Owner/Manager lives on property but it's still a very private rental experience as they are usually occupied. Enjoy, leisure fishing for mangrove snappers etc right off the property... it's also a known area for professional fly fishing. Aside from the usual maintenance staff, you get to enjoy the lagoon area to yourself. Amazing restaurants, bars such as Crocs Sports Bar, Pur Restaurant, The Doghouse, Rumdog, 303 Belize etc.. and grocery stores are within walking distance but renting a golf cart is highly recommended for general island exploring and errands. Nearest Dive Shop is a block away but most companies can pick you up from the dock located directly across the street on the oceans side, a 600ft walking distancing.
