Privately owned and managed. Our home is conveniently located in historic Sequoyah Hills neighborhood and features off street parking with carport for guest use.
We are just a 5 minute drive from the University of Tennessee and 8 minutes from the heart of downtown Knoxville.
All Within a .05 walk

If you bring your pet(s) please keep on leash while letting out/walking
Communication with us is a must when you check in and before you checkout and if you need anything during your stay I (Chelsey) will be available anytime day or night and happy to help with making your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. :)
