Centrally located in the west valley. Across the street from a very well known gay resort (CCBC), 10 min from Palm Springs or Rancho Mirage, only a 10 minute walk to the Agua Caliente Casino and Mary Pickford movie theatre, restaurants, brewery and bar. Close to Trader Joe's and Target and many locally owned restaurants. Lots of local hiking spots within walking distance. Private patio, on site parking, on site laundry. Tuft and Needle king size bed, sleeper sofa, two 50in TVs, wi-fi internet, mini-split HVAC, pool available. 30 day minimum, inquire about other durations and off season discounts!
