Just as Depicted and Described

What a wonderful relaxing place even in the winter. Very comfortable and close to some very nice restaurants. Check in/out process very easy and a well maintained and clean property.

Short Stay

Perfect for a short stay for 8 of us (5 adults 3 kids). The house was well equipped and offered ample indoor and outdoor space. The game room was a bonus for the kids. The house offered beautiful outdoor seating which was right on the lake.

Quick Getaway

Phenomenal! The home and it’s amenities are more than you could ask for in a rental, location superb, far enough away from the noise of the city, but close enough if you should need take a quick 10-M drive to grab anything you may have forgotten. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back in Spring/Summer where we can enjoy the water!

Amazing Little Acorn Home on Lake Norman

The beautiful, spacious and well appointed Little Acorn Luxury home on Lake Norman is a wonderful place to spend time with family. The lakefront property has lovely views and access to the lake. It’s a very comfortable place to vacation and close to excellent restaurants and shopping.

Incredible stay with an unbelievable view

Everything was wonderful. From the moment we got there, we felt like we were welcomed and in an experience like we have never had. The view of the water was amazing and the little touches created a feeling of warmth and comfortability . The host responded immediately and always able to adapt to accommodate our last minute needs. I will 100 percent recommend this place to others and am so appreciative of our time there. It was very special

Lake Norman delight

WOW! Property is GORGEOUS! Everything was perfect. Comfy beds, tons of space, gourmet kitchen (fully stocked w/essentials), screened in porch and the views are spectacular. We wish we could have stayed longer. Check-in/out easy. Communicate with host easy. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful Weekend

My family truly enjoyed this property. Communication was fantastic and the property was clean and well prepared. We just took a weekend 'staycation' but loved the lot, the home layout, and the game room. We had our two kids and a grandparent stay with us and were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at Little Acorn. The house was great, full off all the amenities we could ask for. The cove was quiet enough for kids to jump and float off the dock. Sunsets off the peninsula were amazing too! We are all looking forward to returning to Lake Norman again!

Awesome Stay

House was clean, spacious and we had everything needed for the week. The dock and beach area was perfect. I was able to dock my boat all week with no issues. We had a great time and this was one of our favorite family vacations!

Lake time

This property gave us a wonderful weekend at the lake. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. The views are gorgeous and the feeling tranquil. We totally enjoyed the main house but also the out building which serves as a game room/x-tra tv room gave us lots of fun times together. I cannot say enough good things about this very special place. Additionally, all communication with property management was handled with excellence and expediency. Highly recommend.

Our oldest sons graduation weekend

Wow!! You spared no expense. We loved every part and every minute of our stay. Gorgeous views, nice fire pit, love the beach, awesome kayaks and paddle board, huge gathering room and kitchen, all the cookware and serving dishes needed, cool game room, clean rooms, nice towels, and we enjoyed corn hole in the car port when it rained. Better than a 5 star resort!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our son’s graduation weekend with you. We have 2 more sons to graduate so we will be booking again!

Amazing waterfront views

This house is so beautiful, and the view of the lake channel is awesome from the house and bedrooms. Looking at this house & the upgrades the owner has performed made me want to purchase this house. My kids had so much fun & such easy access to launch our water floats and more.

Great house!

We had a lovely stay on Little Acorn Lane. The pictures accurately represented the property, and the management team was on top of communication. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in the house or for grilling outside. The waterside fire pit is perfect for s’mores. We look forward to returning some time soon…

Outstanding property

First, we were smiling as we received a cool welcome package to make some memories at the property, nice touch! Thank you. To cover to highlights, here goes: the property location is ideal! It's 4 minutes from groceries, gas, food ect. It is also located on a lower wake zone and still in a large enough / deep enough part of the lake that you can swim, boat and fish! The property sits on a piece of land that has fee trees to block the beautiful views, most stunning, the sunsets! The beds were all comfortable, A/C was nice and cool, the property was as stunning as the pics. We had everything we needed and were very happy. The bungalow was perfect for me to take a few proctored tests for my MBA. We kayaked, paddle boarded, fish were jumping (wishing I brought my rod) and the lake was glass... the fridge is HUGE folks, plenty of space for all your food. Sonos speakers through the home. Plenty of hot water. Awesome decor, really eclectic / lake home decor that made you feel right at home. Plenty of propane for the grills. We atr Uber eats and Door Dash several meals, no issue. Property was 30 minutes from Charlotte airport, 40 mins with light traffic. We will be returning, as my wife would say, because she loved the calmness and all the sun she was able to get! We went to Davidson and it was a nice quaint cool shopping area. I'd rent a boat next time... I would ask how to moore it because the dock is tall but I can see whips that appear to manage the boat. On a last note, my wife was jumping off the dock, my daughter too, we swam every day.. made great memories and thank you for letting us stay.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view!

This was a fantastic home for our family to stay in for a family vacation to Lake Norman. The home is just as pictured and was clean, comfortable and perfect for us. Beds were good, kitchen well stocked, and the view right on the point was phenomenal. We rented a pontoon boat and loved using it on the lake, along with the paddle boards. Enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit after sunset, talking for ages in the relaxing setting. Our granddaughter had fun watching the geese go by as we ate out on the screened in porch. The management company was excellent to work with. Highly recommend. We absolutely would stay here again.
