Everything was great! Great location with a view that can't be beat. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The onsite management and maintenance was very easy to work with, and communication with the host was prompt. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Delightful Spot on the Gulf Coast
Stayed here with my bestie for her 50th Birthday Girls Trip. It was the perfect spot. Waking up to this view and spending our evenings on the beach was lovely. I could not have asked for more. The place was clean and comfortable in every way, and it is well located near everything we wanted to do in Destin. Walking distance from much of it! I will definitely be back next time I plan a trip to Destin!

Christmas getaway
The location was were accurate and the view from my room and living room was gorgeous. The condo was a little dusty and the pillows from the couches could use replacing or a good wash. The furniture could use some cleaning at least, I only notice this small inconvenience because I suffer from allergies as well as my daughter. The bed spread was also a little dusty and I had to wash them other than that I would consider renting again. Of course the beach was awesome! The apartment was nasty. The furniture was worn out and dirty.
The faucets and tub was gross. Not "homey" at all. Just bare bones bc people are there for the beach. I would not rent this property again

This condo was everything we were expecting! The view was beautiful and the beds slept well. The only downfall was the lack of internet service. The WiFi was not working properly. I’d say if you’re looking for a place to “unplug” this is the perfect space! Overall I would definitely recommend this location to others.

We loved the location. The condo pics don’t do it justice. It doesn’t even compare .. You can’t see the stains on the furniture or smell the odd smell. If the property owner/manager would do a walk-through you can see what we mean. We aren’t clean-freak type people but we have an expectation of white being white without brown stains, etc. We didn’t check in early although we received a message saying our condo was ready 2 hours early. They should’ve spent that time picking up the snack cake wrapper and hangers left in the floor. Basic things.

My first time renting from VRBO - Outstanding Property - Everything was as advertised with the property - clean super comfortable - no issues - checking in process was super easy as VRBO provided clear easy to follow arrival instructions about 5 days before our arrival. Only confusing part was getting the Parking Pass because we arrived late after 8 PM. Lobby closes at 5 PM. Had to wait to the next day to visit lobby front desk to get parking pass but no Issues as a result of not have the parking pass the first night. Thank you VRBO!!!

We went to Destin to visit with our son who is stationed close by. Such a beautiful place, with very helpful staff. The view was amazing. The condo offers convenient chair and umbrella rentals and is close to all the places you want to see and experience!! We will be returning!

Great Location...Steps from Beach... Great Amenities
Property was immaculate, pool was sparkling clean along with everything surrounding it. Grill set up right in front of the beach with plenty of seating which made watching the sunset perfect. Check in process and communication prior to check in was flawless and our unit was ready for check -in 6 hours early and they granted us a later check out per our request. Interior was exactly like described and exactly what the pictures depicted. Modern upkeep and FULLY stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, really nice bathrooms. Provided everything we needed for our stay. Shaved ice and all water rentals were available right in front on Condo. Location right next to premium shopping and restaurants. Our only complaint (if you want to call it a complaint), if you are frequent beach goers like my family there is nowhere on the waterfront in front of condo to set up personal chairs, umbrellas etc... everything at this resort and the ones next door and beyond are all considered private beaches and require to rent their chairs and spaces at daily rate and that's if they are available and not booked. But other than that we really enjoyed our time at this condo unit.

My family & I liked the location of the property but we we're kind of disappointed a little bit. The twin sheets in bedroom #2 had not been changed & the floor could have been swept better. Also, was expecting to see more beaches things on the walls in the condo. We liked the heated pools because the temperature was cool a few days. We will stay there again tho because of the location. Thanks!
