Kom och njut av denna vackra lägenhet vid stranden!

Helt renoverad och uppdaterad ,, denna lägenhet ligger vid den önskvärda norra änden av Longboat Key på en av de vackraste stränderna på Västkusten: vit sand, snäckor, inga folkmassor. Anläggningen har endast 56 enheter i fyra byggnader med två våningar; alla enheter har sin egen privata ytterentré. Denna enhet ligger på andra våningen där havsutsikten är spektakulär, inklusive underbara solnedgångar. Dessa lägenheter görs i lugnande strandfärger (ljusgul, blå, vit och korall). Vardagsrummet och befälhavaren har speglade väggar, förbättrar utsikten, och båda öppnar mot en stor skärmad Lanai. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa med drottning, kärleksstol, stol och osmanska. Det finns en stor TV med DVD. Matsalen har ett bord med plats för 10 och en buffé / server. Det finns färgglad konst överallt. Köket vetter mot matplatsen för att ge en lätt, öppen känsla. Allt i köket är helt nytt: skåp, bänkskivor i granit, kupoltak, handfat, kyl, spis, mikrovågsugn. Det finns ett litet hölje från köket med en bäddsoffa i full storlek och en garderob med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Köket är helt möblerat och har service för 12, många serveringsfat och extra apparater, inklusive en Cuisinart och en elektrisk wok. Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, byrå och en platt-TV. Öppna skjutdörrarna för att lyssna på havet, eller stäng rummets mörkare persienner om du vill sova sent. Det finns både ett omklädningsrum och ett badrum med dusch utanför master-sviten samt en klädkammare. Nya skåp och granitbänk finns i båda badrummen. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, en platt-TV och eget badrum. Det finns ett litet kontor från sovrummet. Poolstranden kan nås från stranden eller parkeringsområdet och det finns 2 tennisbanor tvärs över gatan för exklusivt bruk av Cedars West-invånare och gäster. En grill finns på plats.

Longboat Key ligger nära både Bradenton och Sarasota, ett av Västkustens kulturcentra. Aktiviteter finns i överflöd för alla. I närheten finns fina och avslappnade restauranger, golf, parasailing, dykning, teater, filmer, opera, nattliv. Barn kan ha kul på Jungle Gardens, Mote Marine eller spela minigolf. Ta djuphavsfiske och laga din fångst i ditt nyrenoverade kök. Planera en morgon shopping i exklusiva butikerna på St Armands Circle och äta lunch på Colombia eller någon annan av St Armands fina restauranger. Hyr en cykel eller ta gratisvagnen upp till Bradenton Beach för att äta en strandmåltid. Detta är platsen för dig om du letar efter en avkopplande och rolig vistelse på stranden.

Great beach

The location was excellent in that it was quiet and less congested on the beach. The lanai had a wonderful sea breeze that msde it such a pleasure to sit out there and enjoy the gulf view.

Enjoying the precious time together with the whole family

The property was just perfect for four adults, and two small children. It was well equipped and we loved the the beach and the children enjoyed the pool. Everything went very smoothly and the host Carol was very helpful and friendly. We have visited Longboat Key also earlier more than once. However, this was the best stay and we love to come back!

Wonderful condo and great location

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this condo. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and the host has provided everything that you can image needing during your stay. This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed here and we’ll definitely be going back. It’s just steps to the beach and pool. We enjoyed many wonderful sunsets on the beach and watching fireworks from the beach on July 4.

Great condo that feels like home

Carol's condo was beautiful with a view of the ocean, and fully stocked for everything a family would need for two weeks on Longboat! We have never stayed in a unit where every appliance and every utensil you could ever imagine was there and in perfect condition. Thanks for everything Carol.

Perfect location and property accomodations for a week in Florida, the only thing negative was not being able to stay several more weeks. Comfortable beds, well equiped, very clean and views to die for. Location couldn't be better on Longboat key with everything close but also with a private and quiet feeling atmosphere. Walk directly to the beach and enjoy a fantastic day in the sun and water. The pool water temperature was not short of perfect. I would recommend this property to anyone. Want to go to the mountains, visit my property at vrbo property id 60504.

Beachfront Condo with Beautiful Sunsets

My wife and I had a fun 2 weeks at this Longboat Key condo. First, our hostess Carol was wonderful. She was very responsive and friendly. It was our first time on Longboat Key, and the info she provided about restaurants and activities was very helpful. It was clear why she is a Premier Hostess! The condo itself is in a great location at roughly mid-Island (or mid-Key!). We had beautiful sunsets and the condo is right on the beach, so we enjoyed many long walks on the shore. We also spent some time at the heated pool, even enjoying a dip in the water on a couple of the warmer days. The condo is in walking distance to Harry's, which we really enjoyed and found very convenient. Harry has a small grocery store, a fabulous restaurant and a gourmet shop - - we made use of all 3. Harry's is one of the top restaurants on the Longboat Key. If you want to eat back at the condo but not cook from scratch, they have wonderful gourmet take out (as well as deli items) at the Gourmet shop. The condo itself has plenty of room and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch, and a couple of dinners on the few nights we didn't go out. The Lanai is spacious number of cushioned chairs. The internet connection worked great for some business meetings and it was easy to use the TV to access Netflix etc. It was a fun 2 weeks and we would stay there again the next time we're in Longboat Key.

Beautiful condo on the beach

Had a wonderful time vacationing on Longboat Key. The condo was spacious, comfortable, very well furnished and had everything one could possibly need on vacation. Carol is a wonderful host and has thought of everything that you might need or want while staying in her condo. She’s also thought about everything that you may need to know about while staying in her lovely condo and has put it all together in an organized book. She provides so much information about the area and it’s very helpful. We kept referring back multiple times to her guest info book during our stay. Longboat Key has some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen and the condo is just steps away from viewing them on the beach. I highly recommend this condo and host.

Spacious condo with a great view and access to a secluded beach

The condo is great and well-maintained. It’s more spacious than it appears on the pictures. We liked the kitchen, dining room, and a screened porch. The location is perfect for those who like to avoid crowds, especially in this situation. Access to the beach is private and there are only a few people (residents) on the beach. We like home meals so we cooked all the time, and the kitchen is well-equipped for that. Communication with Carol was very efficient and she kindly provided valuable advice about local attractions. We loved our stay and did not want to leave!

A very peaceful and pleasant place to stay.

This is a wonderful condo. We usually come to Longboat Key for 2 or 3 months. This year we stayed in March and April. This the best condo we ever stayed at on Longboat Key. It was very clean, spacious, well furnished and just a very bright and cheerful place with a great view of the Gulf from the well appointed lanai. We will definitely return.

Cheerful Condo on Uncrowded Beach

This is a bright condo overlooking the beautiful gulf waters. The screened porch is a great place to have lunch, or just sit and look at the view. The north end of Longboat Key is much less crowded than other parts of the island. The condo is well equipped, with everything you need for a week, or a month. Furniture inside is comfortable, and there are plenty of chairs and other equipment for the beach. Take a chair to the beach at sunset and enjoy the beautiful sight!

Met all our expectations and then some.

Our two week stay in this condo at Cedars West was delightful. The unit is comfortable and extremely well equipped. We drove, so I took many things with us; many we did not need. The beds are comfy, the lanai is great, the sunsets spectacular and the ice maker is beyond adequate, ( a big deal for us) Everything is easily accessible from the location, north or south. There are many delightful places to eat and enjoy close by. The landscaping and maintenance at Cedars West is lovely, so well manicured. Peaceful, quiet, safe & secure, endless beach and so private. We also have been vacationing in the Sarasota area for 25 years. This is the best acomodations we've ever had. We definitely intend to go again.

My parents were one of the first owners at Cedars West, and my family and I have been coming to Longboat Key since the 1970s. When I took over the condo in 2010 I decided to renovate it to make it as comfortable possible for both my children and grandchildren as well as for future renters.

I have tried to create a comfortable beach atmosphere in the unit with all the amenities I could think of. My family and I use the unit periodically, and everything is up to date and of top quality. It is not just a rental, it is a home. I invite you to share a place that I love.
