Beachfront home convenient to downtown Boca Grande
Welcome back to Boca Grande! This property has not been rented since a complete renovation but for a limited time it is available. The home is a convenient walk or golf cart(included) ride to town. With that, it also has all the benefits of a beachfront property. Sunsets from the second and third floor balconies can’t be beat! The ground floor pool is partially under the house allowing for both sun and shade and it can be heated to warm enough to enjoy any time day or night. Regular housekeeping included by house staff.

Our family has enjoyed Boca Grande for over 50 years. We are more of a late spring and summer use family so we decided to consider sharing the house with a winter resident.
What makes this property unique
